The hot chocolate is always great. I come every morning to get a hot chocolate and maybe a donut sometimes. Their donuts at this specific location are always dry and hard. I’ve came multiple times for a donut and it always tasted stale. Never tasted a fresh , good donut from this location.

I have been coming here every day for 4 years and ordering the same thing: large coffee, 7 milks, 7 sugars, espresso shot. Simple right? Since they changed managers or whatever they’ve done they cannot seem to get my coffee right. There are 4 employees out of them all that can follow directions and read the tickets I guess. They are the only ones to ever get it right.

Overheard employees boasting that if someone orderes midnight blend coffee they just put a shot of espresso in regular because they were not making a whole pot for anyone.....sounds dishonest buisness practice to me.

Our Dunkin is nice and clean. Soo decorative in there for the holidays. Trina is the absolute best Barista. I recommend all shifts working currently but the morning crew is a 10/10. No misses there.
Very uncomfortable. No greeting from anyone. Stood at counter for 5 min or more and no one spoke to us. Ended up ordering from kiosk. Three people working and we were the only customers(I know why).Very unprofessional of employees not to even acknowledge a customer. Food was okay , but won't go back where we seem to be unwanted.

Drive through is extremely slow. Waited in line for 30mins before I could order. Saw many people leave the line because of the long wait. 0/10 would not recommend going through the drive thru
They always get my order wrong, just order two orders of bagel minies, they only gave me one order and charged me for two orders, I try to call them and their number goes to a vm that has not been set up yet, they don't even have a business line, that is a shame.

The woman said oh, it doesn't matter if leave its your money she'll learn if you won't customers thats your paycheck, so . And went toStarbucks twice this week, so you'll keep on and this store willbe closed too. I'm not the only one either

It's absolutely amazing. My husband went out to Rockingham today to go to the local Lowes. He decided to bring me a little treat of a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. As he gets home, I look before I even take a bite and both have MOLD on the english muffin. Are you all not even looking at it? I'm blown away that this was even served.
