If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went thru the drive-thru as the ONLY customers, whether in the drive-thru or inside. We've been waiting over 15 minutes for the food. It arrived barely warm and not correct. If I thought a manager would care, I would demand a refund.

Worst Arbys ever. 30 minutes to get mobile order. Others waiting as well. Food was cold and wrong when I finally got it. They were out of napkins. Attitude was terrible, no one cared. Will not go back to this location. Only one employee acted like they cared and was doing most of the work from making the sandwiches to coming around and bagging the order, while 3 or 4 others just walked around like zombies.

Well when I arrived at the drive thru I was put on hold for 6/7 minutes then when I pulled around to the window I was pulled to wait again another 10 minutes for mozzarella sticks to go through all that to get home with curly fries instead of apple turnover that u ordered and the manager was so unbothered by messing up my order she didn't apologize for her employee mistake or took accountability for anything that happened during this process close the whole store down ?

I went after work for something to eat and after ordering online they had NONE OF THE FOOD AVAILABLE ?.They didn't have at least the professional courtesy to call and tell me the order was not completed. Also the manager (if there was a manager there at all...she never bothered to come and at least rectify the situation) didn't know how to give me a refund. She just kept on sending out the drive-thru attendant to send her messages like she was beyond reproach. This is a complete disgrace of this location because I have never had this problem before and I know it's only going to get worse if something is not done immediately.

Food was on point. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Roast beef was thinly sliced and juicy, buns fresh and lightly toasted and still warm. Customer service was A-1 and cashier was friendly. Went around lunch time; busy but the wait was well worth it. Dining area was immaculate and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommended.
