I'm really disappointed with this because I was checking my account and found out that they were adding a tip to my when I always say $0 tip because I tip them when they bring my order and I've been calling and no answer so what I want to no will you refund me all my tip money that has been taking from account. Jeff is usually my delivery person and he has a great personality, very respectful but I just want my tip money back. Thank you

I can’t say that I am not a little frustrated, because I am; especially when online it’s says delivery within 30-60 minutes and now my approximate delivery time is TWO HOURS after my order was placed.Not to mention, no one called to notify me otherwise of a “mishap.” Found that out myself when calling to see what the issue is with a now 2 hour wait time.We’ve exceeded the one hour wait time … now going on an hour and a half.Irritated to say the least. Considering this a lesson learned!

Carry Out Cabby provides excellent and timely service from smiling, friendly staff! Jeff is often my delivery driver, and he always gets my orders exactly right. Items are kept in warming bags en route, so the food arrives perfectly hot. Thanks for such a reliable local-owned option!

First time I ever used these guys I was really drunk. Food order was like 35ish dollars, and in my drunken stupor I handed the driver 90$ cash. A few minutes later he knocks on the door and asks me if I meant to do that. He could have pocketed that and I never would have been the wiser. The food selection is what it is, you get whats available in the area, I've seen restaurants come and go, some good, some not so good. But their service is on point. The only thing I don't particularly like is the 20$ minimum to order, but if you think about the logistics you have to understand that, these guys aren't driving from the store to like 5 deliveries at once, they are coming from wherever home base is, driving to one store, driving to one house, and going back to base. Gas ain't cheap. and it ain't getting any cheaper. They make their money from a part of that food order, people don't tip worth a damn, what do you expect?
