This used to be such a great place to eat. The food quality is very inconsistent . One day the food is good, one day it is not. The portions are much smaller and the prices are much higher. Overall cleanliness not so good where we were sitting. Lots of trash and old food on the floor. Haven't been back in about months.

Went to.Rocky mount North Carolina Cracker Barrel June 25th 2019 the waitress we had took our order brought the food back I did not come back to see how we were doing until we had to fly to her down to say we were finished and wanted to boxes and our check the time before the waitress did not let us eat she was there every 5 minutes asking if we needed a box we could not eat and peace

Weekends are the busiest especially in the mornings. If you have access to the online site, you can reserve a spot on the wait-list. Service was great food was great. Definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: The selection is from salads to all veggies plates. I'm not sure if the greens are cooked with any type of smoked meat.Parking: Standard parking for a restaurantKid-friendliness: They have plenty of games, coloring books, and outdoor sitting areas. Overall experience was 10/10 trash. Service was slow. Biscuits were doughy after we waited on them for 30+minutes. There were people who got their food way before us who were there way after us. Food was undercooked. No refills. My friend ate with his hands because we didn’t have silverware. We were dismissed by multiple staff members we spoke to. Finally when we did speak to the manager Krystal Wilson she was very unprofessional, unapologetic, and confrontational, even after all of our complaints. Horrible horrible experience. I will never ever go back in my life. This crackle barrel is absolutely ratchet. Ms Carolyn was the only one with any kind of empathy and sense. Maybe she should be promoted to management. Highly do not recommend.

WORST restaurant experience start to finish. The manager has a terrible attitude she might need to find a new job cause baby this one is NOT for her. Crystal Willis/wilson what the h*ll ever, Kentra the host and our server just terrible attitude and service all the way around. Carolyn was sweet as she could be, might as well promote her to manger cause she’s the only one with any kind of sense in there! NO professionalism at ALL! What a terrible, terrible experience. Ratchet is an understatement.
If you like cheaper fast food, this is the place. Maybe not fast, but quick service, when it's not busy. Much of the sides seems canned or not fresh. The fried chicken breast tastes good but was not hot. The young lady that helped me was very professional and we didn't have to ask for anything. She always greeted us with a smile and she was very helpful.Parking: There is a lot of parking but on some days, you have to get there early.

The waitress was rude. I ordered my steak medium rare and eggs over medium. My steak was served rare and eggs over easy. I was informed by the waitress that, at cracker barrel, over medium was actually over medium well and the steak was over medium rare. Amazing ignorance...

Terrible. I waited almost an hour for a fried chicken salad. The whole piece of chicken and the whole egg were just placed on top of a bunch of iceberg lettuce and a clump of shredded cheese. They don’t slice the chicken or the egg and prepare a salad? Certainly not what I normally expect from Cracker Barrel. I normally enjoy Cracker Barrel while on the road, but I cannot recommend this one.
