I have waited w0 minutes to be acknowledged ... only one other table in the section I was in ..3 waitresses standing at door of kitchen waiting on orders... other waitresses just wandering around ..saw me sitting but no one offered to help ! The awesome host re seated me and got my coffee and soon waitresses came ...Very sad ..have a lot of help and a customer is ignored ...

There was a fat man with a afro looking at my 19 year old sister very.. weird. When we got home 6 hours later, My 8 year old sister has had a stomach ache. We searched up why and found out that IHOP has MANY CASES OF SALMONELLA. If you want a good breakfast restraunt, go to Hardees, McDonalds or Waffle House. not IHOP. 0.001/5.

The food was absolutely disgusting went here for my 38th birthday today! The waiters service was horrible!. And horribly tried to flirt with my husband and I. (FAILED!) The steak was tough and way overcooked the egg taste like powder eggs. Just an absolute horrible experience!

December 22, 2023. We stopped in for a late breakfast. They were just a little busy maybe half full. They were very well staffed. Everyone was courteous. The food was good and delivered hot. And it was delivered in a timely manner to our table. Thank you for a job well done today.............My waitress was Michelle she was on point. She took my order kept me up to date with the progress of my order got it to me hot, checked in on me from time to time , she was very courteous , very friendly she really knew her job and she did it well. My food was delicious the coffee was was great I have no complaints everything was on point today thank you so much. This help to shape the rest of my day I thank you so much for getting everything correct and being so friendly and attentive. Michelle keep up the good work. You deserve your kudos.!Vegetarian options: To my surprise on their new menu they offer The Impossible Burger I hope to be able to try that the next time I visit ihop. The picture look delicious. Appeared to have plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: They have a good amount of parking spaces to the side and front of their building but they share a huge parking lot with Lowe's which is right behind them so overflow parking can always go there.

I'm SO disappointed. Two trips ago, we used a $50 gift card. When the server gave it back to us, there was about $12 left on it (I have the gift card receipt stating it had that balance remaining). On our last trip, the server (Alexis) said there was $2 on it?? It doesn't add up. NO ONE has used this card... Therefore, one of the 2 servers STOLE from us. VERY PISSED. I'm also mad at myself because I'm rather certain that we got scammed/dooped/whatever you want to call it. I wish I asked for an itemized receipt (WE DIDN"T GET ONE!!) she told us the price, took the gift card and swiped it about 5 times and then said it wasn't working... so she went up front and came back saying there was only $2 on it??? It saddens me because we were going to give her a nice $10 holiday tip (about a 35% tip)... I hate to say it, because I consider myself a rather good tipper, but after losing $10, I felt screwed over so no tip for her. I love iHOP, and even though this is a rocky mount branch, I enjoy coming to this iHop on the weekend. we will be finding a new spot. I highly likely will not return to this branch.On the positive-ish side... the wait was not long... they made me oreo pancakes even though they weren't on the menu (however no butter on them...I hate syrup but I hate dry pancakes more and that is what I resorted to...). the sausage tasted odd.. but the eggs, potatoes, and bacon were alright.On ANOTHER negative note, the host tried to sit us and a wet and dirty booth... I was like "uh can we have a towel to clean it??" and he I guess suddenly realized that there were more than half of the tables empty... we got one that was clean...well... clean-ish...I suppose that is all I will say... still so angry that one of those Ladies F-d us over near the holidays...
