Absolutely horrible experience! My husband and I went for dinner Friday night and to say we were extremely disappointed would be an understatement. They were extremely busy and we had to wait almost 40 minutes to be seated. It was not worth the wait. I was looking forward to the blooming onion and what I got was terrible it was overcooked and had a burnt taste to it I sent it back and the second one was worse than the first one ??♀️ my husband got the steak and lobster tail. His steak was cooked perfectly but the lobster tail was undercooked and rubbery with very little seasoning. I got grilled shrimp and steamed broccoli. I asked to double steam my broccoli and I’m glad I did. My husband’s broccoli was hard and barely cooked. He got the baked potato and I got the sweet potato. For me my vegetables were the best part. Our waiter was friendly, polite and very accommodating. He made the experience a little better but the food was horrible overall. Date night ruined ?

The people thatwork in the kitchen do not know how to cook Thomas Oliver, who is the proprietor, has to train them on how to use a thermometer Friday night I got ribs they were so overcooked. I couldn’t cut them thankfully the manager and I apologize he has a bald head. I don’t know his name was kind enough to give me a half a rack back. They were actually cook right I ordered prime rib today was ice cold, and so Were my mashed potatoes, thankfully took it off my bill or would it cost me 50 bucks which is overpriced total rip off service in the kitchen they should be embarrassed Jen the bartender was so nice and had the manager take it off my bill so I made sure I tipped her really well. Two nights in a row Victoria Morgan, Jennifer, forgetting others I apologize they’re amazing for the kitchen has no clue.

I ate here last year and could only remember that it was not very good. Made the mistake of going back there again. Ordered 13 oz ribeye steak which came with coconut shrimp. The steak was paper thin and greasy and no where near ever being 3/4 of a pound. The three shrimp were no better. $32 for that, a few fries, and a salad. Made a note to not go back there next year.

We had a great experience at the restaurant. When we arrived, we were told the wait time would be around 30 minutes, but it turned out to be only 12. A server came to our table and took our food and drink orders. The food was served promptly and accurately, and our server checked on us regularly. I noticed the manager, who I believe was in charge, was very attentive and took care of any issues. I was impressed with his leadership skills and how well his employees followed his example. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are happy to have supported this establishment.Parking: It's busy free but doable.

Ebony was helping us tonight and she was really awesome! She went over and beyond to make sure me and my daughter were comfortable and had everything we needed when our server Gracie was busy! This meant a lot to me because I stopped eating at Outbacks for about 6 months after having a bad customer service experience! She made me feel better about coming back! The food was delicious and fresh! I’ll definitely be back to this location! Thank you Ebony for going over and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied!

We should have known better when we asked for a table / booth outside of the bar area and we informed by our hostess that the tables were not cleared / cleaned yet. What???? A quick glance around proved this statement true...more than several were noticed. Not sure what the deal was since it was 4:30 pm. I can definitely say this was a first in my life. Our server was indifferent to whether we ordered or not...and couldn't be bothered. The Bloomin' Onion was not well cooked (inside was nearly raw) and very oily. Our burgers were edible, but nothing special. While we were only traveling through town, our experience was such that we will not be back here...or at any other Outback.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free (celiac)

My wife and I drive from CT to FL a few times a year. After stopping at the Rocky Mount Outback a few years ago we make it a point to stop at this location each time. We’ve been to numerous Outback restaurants and this is the only review I’ll take the time to review.The service is outstanding every visit. We had Raychel this visit and she was completely customer focused. She took immediate care of everything. We also met her manager Meggan and now understand why this location is head and shoulders above any others.We can’t recommend this restaurant any higher!!! Kudos to the entire team! We’ll be back on our next trip.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
