I ordered essentially a BLT. Got turkey was told I wasn’t being charged for it and gave me two tiny pieces of bacon. Worst $15 sandwich ever. I’ll never go back prices and food were awful.

How do you mess up a grill cheese???Panera bread figured it out , actually burnt cheese, and pulled it off while only toasting half a slice of bread! The other picture is the complimentary piece of bread you get , looks like some took a bite out of the loaf and spit it in my bag… worst Panera experience to date..

Likely one of the better locations I've been to. The start of our visit was rocky. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheddar on ciabatta; however, when my sandwich came out, it was a steak and white cheddar covered in onions. I looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged for a similar sandwich to what I ordered and a drink that I did not order.The kitchen staff quickly corrected my sandwich, apologizing profusely. They also refunded me for both the sandwich, and the drink. They also gave me a cookie for my inconvenience. They were pleasant throughout the experience. They wished me well when I was leaving. I was impressed.

Went thru drive thru employee was not friendly at all. I had to ask her to repeat how much I owed because there was food trucks at Sam's club and one of them was behind Panera bread and the generator was loud. She seemed to not care about her job at all. The way she looked at me I was bothering her. She stood there with her arms crossed. When she gave me my change back I said thank you she just turned her head and closed the window. Upon getting my order she looked in the bag handed it to me and I again said thank you and again she did not respond. She was in my opinion very rude to me .I can only assume that management doesn't walk around and notice how employees are treating their customers. I drove up a little and checked my order and I was supposed to have chips in the bag. No chips. No one was behind me so I backed up and looked through the window and the employee was standing there with her arms folded and looked at me and I know I was not going to budge . The employee opened the window and never asked if she could help or anything. I said I was supposed to have chips and I had my receipt in my hand to show her. She got a bag of chips and put them through the drive thru window and slammed the window. Still no I'm sorry kiss your foot or anything. Then I noticed on the receipt that if your order is not right they are supposed to give you a treat for it not being right. Well you know I wasn't gonna ask her anything else. Order was supposed to be checked and initaled that it was correct. Upon getting everything out of the bag there was no spoon either. I had just as soon drive to the Wilson store to get something because they are always friendly there. Never had a problem in Wilson . Hope the Rocky Mount store can have training of their employees to be customer friendly or they will lose a lot of business.

1/3/24. Drive-thru. Paid $8 for a bowl of alleged chicken-and-rice soup. It had 2 pieces of chicken, about 20-grains of rice and the rest broth and a few vegetables. Not even worth it. A rip off.
