I was driving to a friends house but was pretty late. I didn’t expect a Popeyes to be open until 11:00 pm, but when I searched I found this one. So I placed my mobile order. I was very hungry so I ordered a fish sandwich and the shrimp box. (They were offering 300 bonus points for ordering seafood…I took full advantage of that!). I get there, tell them I have a mobile order. The lady say “okay, but we don’t have any sandwiches, no fish, no chicken, drive around.” She didn’t offer me anything to replace it, nor did she know what I needed to do to get my money back. Luckily I knew that I could address this issue on the app and they sent me a $10 off offer. I knew this because I had an issue the day before at a Popeyes in my state (VA) where I ordered a fish sandwich, but when I arrived home they had given me a chicken sandwich. So I had received a $10 offer for that situation.

The food is ALWAYS old and cold. And don’t ask for all dark meat they will hide the white meat under the dark meat or throw in dry small cold wings that I’m pretty sure are considered white meat at other places. The staff is rude. Makes me NEVER wanna return to Popeyes. The food is too expensive for me to get horrible service but Popeyes seems to not value customer service in general so as to be expected.

Monday December 18th Food was so much better than back in may. I decided to give it a break and see if things would change and it looks like they are better staffed. And I appreciate the the food the taste the employees have been very courteous and everything went well with this order today. Keep up the good work thank youMay 3rd 2023..3:52pm.....Just stop by Popeyes chicken in Tarrytown center, lot 5B.Today is not a good day for red beans and rice or biscuits. The chicken was hot. When you see this you will know why I just couldn't finish my meal. The beans were soured/spoiled and only half full which Today was ok because they were not good. The biscuit looked like it had been dropped on something and they decided to bake it all in together eeeeew. And yes I know I could have went back through the line and got my money back or got something else but I was too far down the road and the line was out in the street way before you turn into Popeyes so that would have added another 30 minutes to my trip.The below review was done back in January 2023.......I timed it right I got in line for lunch before the rush came through so everyone was behind me the chicken was hot and fresh had to wait a few minutes but I don't care when it's that good. They got my order right this time. I am so happy thank y'all.
