We visited this restaurant today, hoping to grab dinner after a two-hour journey. The location had an EV charging station in the parking lot, which made it a convenient choice for us. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our experience at all. We spent 10 minutes waiting at the hostess stand to be seated and then 24 more minutes sitting at a table. Despite knowing what we wanted to order, the staff ignored us. No one approached our table to take our drink or food order or even offer us bread. We were starving, and my car was fully charged, but we had to leave without acknowledgment or hesitation. It was a terrible experience, and there's no way to sugarcoat it. Even though I had to give a star to leave this review it is solely for the EV charging availability in a part of the country where they aren't easily available.

I saw the poor reviews but we went anyway. Sat at the bar, service was great. I got the sirloin and my wife got the steak salad. Both were very good. Prices were very fair. It was not as bad as these reviews when we went.

I tried this place because I was starting at the hotel attached. The reviews are about right. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken breast. The breast are thin and the sauce they put on there is not to my liking. It didn't have much of a lemon garlic flavor at all. The rice was good and the green beans were swimming in bacon. I don't normally eat pork, but I did for this review. The green beans were really good! I also ordered a lemon drop martini. There was an issue with my first one and the staff fixed it immediately without any problems! It was STRONG just like I like it! The fried apple pie has a good taste but the apples were still a little too crunchy for my liking. It could have used for cinnamon in it too. I don't think I'll go back if I'm ever in town again. Overall, I'll give this place a 3! The service was really great though. My server was Laura!!!

We had a terrible expreice at this Texas.We got there and gave our name to wait for a table, then waited well over 20 minutes and after watching another group of people get sat before us we went to the hostess to ask, she had erased our name off the line and had not even bothered to call out our name to see if we were still there, then lazily directed us to sit in the bar at a booth, every table in the bar was covered in food or had plates we had to ask for the table to be cleaned and even after it was "cleaned" it still had a lot of BBQ sauce stuck on the table, the bass in the bar had been cranked to the point was attempting to give me a migraine and we had to ask to be seated elsewhere. After getting a table we did get a wonderfull attentive waitress. Unfortunately I ordered a white wine which came well above room temperature and had not been allowed to breath, our ribs came with the meat overly tough and the salmon was burnt. And when we asked to speak to the manager to express our grievances we discovered the manager was acting as the hostess and was very dismissive and rude to our concerns.

We were exhausted and hungry. Our waitress was great, sadly, I don't remember her name. She joked and brought the life back to our table. Food was cooked perfectly. We will be back!
The service was bad. The food was just okay. We waited almost an hour to get our food. The shift manager was supposed to come to talk to me. But they never made it over to the table. The waitress gave me the wrong receipt. I addressed that and then about 15 minutes later the correct one came out. I thought this restaurant was perfect considering my family and I were staying at the attached hotel. Never again.

ONE YEAR LATER, here we are in NC and we have a person who so impressed us one year ago that here I am writing a review. Food was really good. BUT your server is a HUGE HUGE ASSET. Staff was courteous, accommodating, and showed empathy when the meal was served. Bone in ribeye was horrible. Could not cut through all the fat and gristle. Forget trying to chew it. Worst steak I ever had in my 70-year life!
