Day time experiences are amazing , night time experiences are slow, they are lazy, and the food is always cold. They are amazing during the day. Fast hot food and friendly service. Bottom line I love Wendy’s.

horrible customer service. not professionalism. was in line 15 minutes before closing, just for me to get to the drive through window and them tell me they are closed. I explained that I had been waiting in line 15 minutes prior to closing and their response was “well we don’t have no more food.”

Came there early this morning around 11:10 ordered a spicy nugget just the nugget girl told me at the speaker 5:48 I get to the window I give her my card she pay for my food I get back to work which is hwy55 and she took 9:48 off my card I called Wendy’s 7 times nobody picked up the phone then I called again somebody picked up and hung up in my face I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN … taking from me is unacceptable

Absolutely filthy! It made me throw out my food and go somewhere else. I used to love this place. Now, I would never step foot in there again unless I know of a remodel first.

I forgot my card was locked and the guy who rang me up was being trained and the girl walked away because she was also helping with drive thru. He yelled across the store to her my card was declined. Several times and I kept saying my money is on my card, can we do it over. She walked over and asked me if my card was locked and I said yes I totally forgot, she said okay we can do it over. She told him her card was not declined and it was just locked. I unlocked my card and paid for my order. I was embarrassed and my husband who was way over at the soda machine stopped making the soda and came over to see what was going on. He yelled my card was declined at least 3 times although I was telling him my money is on my card. I left feeling so embarrassed ?.

The food is great, but they didn't have napkins, so we had to use paper towels from the bathroom.. its was just weird, idk if the employees didn't want to work but it was okay... so the only thing that was poppin was the hot, fresh food.
