Lobby closes at 9:19? That's an odd time. Online orders and deliveries such as uber door dash and grubhub should have a location to pick up order not sit in drive thru for 30 plus minutes and lose out on money. Totally ridiculous!

Ordered my food online got to zaxbys at 9:20 and got my food at 10:05. The workers were all on their phones and our food was cold. Worst service I have ever received.

Somehow for the last like 3 years they have been undergoing MAJOR construction but they just never finish?it also needs to be scientifically studied how they take SO DAMN LONG to clear the drive thru like I stg you will sit in line for bare minimum 40 minutes and that’s on a good day, food is p good tho

The Louisburg, NC location should be closed immediately! Maybe their app goes through corporate and the physical location doesn't have any control over it but there is ALWAYS a problem when dealing with this location! Here's the latest episode - I ordered $41" worth" of food for my wife to pick up after work last night. When I tried the submit the order, it said that something went wrong and to try again so I did, 3 more times. It never went through except to my bank account! 4 TIMES!!! They took $160 out of my account and we still didn't get the food!!! Now I'm still waiting for them to refund my money smh! My pregnant wife went by there last night to talk to the "manager" but they were totally helpless! We were forced to eat frozen mozzarella sticks and frozen jalapeño poppers for supper, seeing as zaxby's basically robbed me. I WILL NEVER EAT ZAXBYS AGAIN!!!!!!!

This place is AWFUL!!!! The employees roll their eyes , won’t treat customers fairly… because of SKIN TONE! The bathrooms smell like drugs , and when they gave us the wrong type of sandwich they gave an EXTREME attitude!!! I’m NEVER coming back in a million years!Kid-friendliness: There was innopropraite discussions amount the cashers!
