Ordered. Waited by carryout with hazards as expected. Great front window view of employees ignoring the phones, and your order. At least I didn’t have to pay for tickets to the show. Save yourself the hassle and headache, delete their phone number and get yourself a frozen pie from the store.

A solid 2 star ratingLet's start with the good: the location is convenient and I did enjoy their contact less pick upThe bad: they under cook their pizzas! This has happened to me twice and it's ridiculous. If I'm spending close to $50 on some pizzas that I order ahead of time, I expect them to be cooked. I'm taking my business to pie zarrio down the street.

The store hours online are incorrect and trying to order anything after 9pm. Several times we’ve tried to order after 9 and it seems they’re never open.

Placed an order and was tracking it through the tracker. The store marked the order delivered, when it had not been. Tried calling the store multiple times to see if they were going to deliver it at all, and they never picked up.Eventually a delivery driver arrived with the order almost an hour and a half after it had been placed and while the driver was pleasant enough, the order was cold by the time it arrived.

Pizza was delivered and completely messed up. Cales the store and they wouldn’t provide a refund. Only offers credits or to resend another. Definitely wasn’t interested in getting another. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

Worst experience at this place!! They are ALWAYS having system issues! I ordered pizza for my daughter's daycare and got there on time because they eat at a certain and are on a schedule and they hadn't even made the pizza!!! Didn't call me as a heads up or nothing! Didn't even want to offer a discount for the inconvenience. Never again!

I called for curbside pickup when I arrived at the store, I waited 15 more minutes and no one brought my order out. I called again and was told the lobby was open to come in and get it. 6 employees were standing around and all were too lazy to bring my pizza out to my car. The food was cold and the staff was rude. Also contacted corporate customer support. This lack of service is unacceptable.

Ordered my food and they said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I called and they said the delivery driver had a delivery before me and closed out the wrong one. When the driver came 15 minutes later, he said there was a problem with the app. Called again because my food was cold and looked disgusting. Took the pizza back and the new order was not up to part either. Why do places expect you to pay for food that doesn’t meet the standards of why we as consumers went there in the first place?Got into a little exchange with the so called manager who threatened me. I called the police and then the 7 employees that were inside standing around conspired and I got trespassed.I shouldn’t have tried to give them my money anyway because they have messed up my order over and over again.Lesson learned tonight… when they mess up the first time, it will get worse.

0/0 stars. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for delivery. Once it got to the quality check in the order update, it stayed there for an hour and I figured I should call. Whoever was working there yesterday night (09/24/2023) told me he was “just about to call me” to let me know that they were out of range for delivery from the address I submitted. He said he wasn’t familiar with the area, but he was “pretty sure” they didn’t deliver and that he was gonna cancel the order and transfer it to the other dominos on S Main st in wake forest. Two hours go by and I didn’t get a call or email, so I call them back and they don’t pick up. I call the other two locations in wake forest and they tell me they never received anything. So I call the original location again and he tells me again, “I was just about to call you. I spoke with the manager at the other store and he said they don’t deliver to your address either.” So I know for a fact the dude lied because my friend has always ordered dominos for delivery and they in fact did deliver to the address. And when I typed it in online, it was this address that showed up first. Mind you, the pizza was already done. They just didn’t seem like they wanted to bother delivering it, and instead of telling me up front so I could get food somewhere else, he made me waste over three hours of my time over it and I didn’t get my pizza. Customer service sucks

They are ALWAYS LATE and manipulating the tracker. Food is ALWAYS COLD. Manager doesn't care. Horrible customer service. Food said Delivered 35mins before it arrived late.

I ordered Domino's pizza last night (8/13/2023), I always leave a generous tip and I order from this location often. When I opened the pizza I found the receipt crumpled up and tossed on top of my pizza. I have no idea who's hands handled that receipt, if they were counting money, using the phone or whatever. But don't toss the receipt on my pizza like that. That'll be the last time I ever order Domino's period.

Not a customer friendly Domino's. Walk up to the store. I'm met at the door by an employee saying the lobby is closed to customers. Are you serious? A customer can't even walk inside to place an order or pick up their food. Time to get over covid. Asked for plates and she tells me they don't offer plates at this Domino's. Pizza was warm at best when it was handed to me. Don't you have a place to keep pizza hot until a customer arrives for their online order. Come on, get with it. Only reason I went here is because the Dominos app wasn't working for the Wendell Dominos that day. Next time that happens I'll drive to Wendell and walk inside, where I feel valued and my pizza is hot. Oh, I can get plates there as well.
