Worst experience ever! I went through the driver through thinking I will be getting my big hot cake breakfast. I ordered the big hot cake breakfasts, but the guys took my order as pancake and sausage. When I got my order I ask them to take it back and give me big breakfast. They asked me to come around and pay for big breakfast. I took my time and walked inside the store. I asked them to switch my pancakes and sausage into big breakfast. Instead they add a biscuit and egg to my order and was gonna change an extra $4.90 top of what I already paid which is $4.80 for my sausage and pancakes. When I asked them how much the big breakfast cost they said $5 something. They were gonna charge me $8 + for a big breakfast when it only cost $5 something. So, I ask them to just give me what I had. They put the big breakfast (which they had prepared) in the trash. And made me a sausage and pancakes. The restaurant is full of kids working and maybe their mom running. Half of them couldn’t even understand what I was saying. The manager asked a boy to translate for her. Nothing like a McDonald’s experience. Never going back.

This was one of the best McDonald's experience I've had lately. The place is clean and well lit with plenty of parking. The interior is nice. Place was clean and in good repair. It looked nice like perhaps it had been renovated in the recent past The staff were friendly. The fellow that took care of us was upbeat. It almost seemed like he wanted to be there. As far as the chow goes, this was one of the best meals I've had at McDonald's well over a year. The fries were nicely crisp and properly salted. My double QP was very good. While like many, I try avoid fast food so when the next mood strikes, I'll make the drive to Rolesville

I use to like Rolesville McDonald’s. Every time I visited this restaurant lately my order is wrong and the rude attitude of the of the employees is unacceptable. When you asked them to fix your order they get a nasty attitude. This store really needs some diversity.

We used the app to order ahead. When we arrived both of the Mobe Order spots were taken so we waited in one of the ToGo spots. We waited at least five minutes and then all of the Mobile spots opened up so we took one. About 10-12 minutes later we got our food. The fries were old and soggy. The cheeseburger had ketchup everywhere including all over the outside of the bun. Very messy. Overall not a good experience.
