My friend and I have breakfast regularly. We switched to Rolesville Diner to try a new place. The food is just okay, the service is friendly and efficient. I find the omelets to be overcooked and dry. The fried potatoes are okay, the biscuits are good. Their sausage gravy is horrible, watery and served cold. My last meal there was extremely expensive to boot. Another reason we have left is due to the loud voice of the owner talking to patrons. He's a nice friendly guy, but my buddy and I don't have the best hearing these days, and while we were sitting across from each other, we often couldn't hear ourselves due to the loud conversations of the owner. Finally, while I appreciate the reason, I find an extra charge to use my credit card annoying. I carry very little cash any more.

Im so happy we stumbled across this small hole-in-the-wall diner. I got the chili cheeseburger and my wife got the Reuben sandwich. Both were excellent and tasted exactly how you’d want from a small diner. Service was amazing, atmosphere was very welcoming and prices were actually reasonable (something you can’t seem to find anymore). We’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I love a hole-in-the-wall diner because it's just good old people having a good time. I really liked the atmosphere here (noise doesn't bother me - I just talk louder) and the service was down home friendly. The food was okay but the cheese/sausage omelet lacked cheese. And I don't believe it was 3 eggs but maybe 1. I didn't like the grilled biscuit either but that's my preference - next time I'll get toast.

Great food, friendly service and daily specials. Reminds me of the old days in a good way. Breakfast and lunch served. Small and classic type diner. Thanks for keeping this place alive and going. See you again soon.

Excellent breakfast. They added strawberries to the french toast which was lovely. I got two scrambled eggs and two thick sausage links with it which had a little spice. Perfect! We also ordered the pimento cheese and sausage omelette which was on special and that was excellent too! Good sweet tea. This is a smaller space so it gets tight to navigate when its busy, but worth it!

Good home cooked food at a reasonable price. Felt like friends gathering to eat. T.A. & I felt welcome every time. Sharon is a great, friendly server. Food arrived quickly. We enjoy visiting local diners and this is one of our favorites.
