The best and most consistent salads in Rolesville AND Wake Forest. Buffalo quinoa bowl with chicken salad is awesome, as is just about anything else on the menu. My only gripe is I wish they were open all the time.

Each week I visit mom and pick up lunch from here. Always great food. I usually order 2 different sandwiches and then we share each others to double the fun. Love the easy pickup. No waiting. And don't forget dessert.

Wow! How am I just finding this place! Got carryout from here for the first time today, and OMG, next-level good!Ordered online, stopped by for pickup, greeted by smiling faces, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was out of this world!Keep up the good work, I will be back!
Still only offer pick up service which is ok since we grabbed food to eat at Greenway Beer and Wine across the street. They do have seating outside if it is a nice day. They have excellent fresh ingredients and flavor with ample portions. The salads are quite large.

Some of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had! And very reasonably priced. Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the food because we ate it so quickly, but the Buffalo chicken and Nashville chicken sandwiches in particular were absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Absolute best place for salads and sandwhiches in the Rolesville/Wake Forest area. It has become our go to lunch spot on Saturdays for several years. Kelly uses the freshest ingredients and everything is made from scratch including a wide variety of salad dressings. The portions are large and we have not had a bad thing on the menu. In the cooler months, her soups are absolutely amazing. Sandwhiches and salads are customizable to your exact liking and she has a wide variety of breads (Wraps, foldovers, Croissants etc..). Their smoothies are excellent and if you like chicken salad, that is a must try.
First time ordering. The sandwhich had chicken that was difficult to chew...(very hard, overcooked or old)I called to alert them that something was wrong with the chicken because I was worried someone would get sick from old chicken. The person who answered the phone had a bad attitude..I guess took offense to my comment and denied that something was off with the chicken she said she cooked it herself. I offered to bring her the chicken so she can see for herself...I told her if I were the restaurant, I would not serve that chicken to anyone until I looked into it. she said she would give me a refund for the meal and I wouldn't have to worry anymore.. Her attitude and the chicken was it for me...I won't order from this place again. Too bad bc I like to shop local and give people a chance..
