Visited in 17MAR24. The server was excellent however the food left a lot to be desired. They were out of about half the menu items and what they did have was over cooked approaching burnt. We will not be returning.We also noticed a group of 6 leave once they were informed of the food shortage.

The food was good, the slaw that came with was not. The waitress was really nice but seemed like she had to much to do, so we had to wait a good bit for everything.

Ordered 2 pork chops dinners. Pork chops were old tasting and to salty. I will not order or eat here again.It is nothing like the Mayflowers in Durham. Not enough food for the money.Parking: Great spots

This was the worst mayflower I have ever been in. The food was definitely not like the rest of them It tasted off and the waitress had plenty of better things to do that I could see then to sit with a customer and chat while the rest needed drinks and silverware and their food. Not to mention she must have charged us wrong for our food and we didn't discover this till after we had left. I got the grilled salmon and so did our guest for dinner and on the menu it says something like $14.99 or maybe $11.99 the lady charged us $25 for each dish!! Our tea tasted like it had been in the container for 10 days it was old and gross. Our replacement drinks didn't taste any better either but it was a step up from the tea so we drank it. Not the best mayflower probably won't be back either.

I ordered in the store. I specifically asked for extra tartar sauce. The girl cashier nodded her head and said yes, okay.I was given 0. Yes, ZERO.Unfortunately, I trusted the girl and was in a hurry and did not check.I threw it all away except the potato.Oh, I was given cocktail sauce ( yuk) and 1 pat of butter and maybe 1 tbsp of sour cream.Sucked. Ruined my meal.

Went there last Saturday. The waitress that was taking care of us was very blah. She acted like she hates to be there. We ordered soda and tea. My tea was unsweet and my husbands coke was flat. We requested another drink and then my daughter has some white stuff floating in her drink. I have my daughter my drink and then told the waitress and she told me it must be the fizz off the rags they use to dry the cups. Neve said I am sorry. Never brought another drink or anything. I needed up having to drink my unsweetened tea. When my family needed refills I had to go look for the waitress and she was I bent phone around the corner. Never once came to check on us during the meal! We had 7 people in our party and our bill was 100.00. Never offered to compensate for the flat drinks or the white residue my daughter drank. I will never go back! The slaw was terrible and I was told you can ask for white out for flounder! This flounder is not like the one in durham and if the owner keeps this waitress on staff it will lose so much business to start!

I went in to pick up my to go order, no one was at the register so I waited. A few minutes into me waiting another lady came in behind me. We both waited a few more minutes and the waitress came from the dining room to the register. The waitress asked my name and told me that I had to wait while she rang the other lady up because she called in a $50 order. I asked her to explain why I had to wait when I was there first. She repeated because her order was $50, when I attempted to record the interaction the waitress went to the back and a man, I’m assuming was the manager came out and asked what was the problem to which I told him and asked him to explain why her $50 order was more important than mine even though I arrived there first. He refused to correct the issue and tried to make me out to be the problem because I was recording the interaction. He never apologized or tried to correct the cashier, who never returned. I did not accept the order since my money wasn’t as important as the other customers order and was told not to return to the restaurant by this man. And with poor customer service like this I will not return by choice.

Store was nasty, all tables were dirty food on the buffet was not edible and had been clearly setting out for far too long. The waitress was high as a kite and on TikTok the entire time. Tiktok was loud enough for the entire restaurant to enjoy the 30 second blurbs of TikTok drama she was enthralled in. An elderly couple came in after us and was still waiting to take their order 15 minutes after they arrived. Waitress slumped over the counter still on TikTok neglecting them and the things that obviously needed to be done. They had an ice cream station with 2 pitchers of water murky and gross from multiple scoops of ice cream. Needed to be rinsed out and cleaned. Food was mediocre at best. My granny ordered a to go tray which she paid for upon check out and didn't receive as the waitress did not give it to her or acknowledge it. We drove back to pick it up and the waitress had no clue that we didn't get the food which was clearly sitting in the window getting cold. Honestly a horrible experience overall and I DO NOTrecommend this establishment as I am shocked that it has not been shut down due to it's condition and staff.

The food was great and service was awesome! They were so friendly and mannerable. I really enjoyed that dinner with my 82 year old mom! I was impressed! Thanks Guys! Prices were fair also.
