Driving through town and saw this place and decided to stop, and it was completely worth it! Food was great and the guy who runs the place is really cool! We got the nachos, burger, and hot honey chicken sandwich and they were all great! They are a scratch kitchen so everything was made fresh for us!

Located in downtown Rutherfordton, Amendment 21 is one of the very few locations in the Tri-Cities with later hours. In addition, they offer live music and trivia each week. Their menu offers typical bar food items like burgers, fries, and wings. I was pleasantly surprised with the bar specials on beer and spirits. I have not visited since the remodeling and kitchen updates. I look forward to seeing the results.

What better way to spend a Friday afternoon that having a delicious meal. We’ve driven by this place a few times and today was the day we tried it out. Parking was easy and the place was all ours. Love the tables. We ordered a smash burger and the hot honey. The onion rings were amazing as were the potato chips. The food was all fresh and tasted AMAZING. What an awesome spot. We need to hit it up in the evenings right have a drink. You won’t be disappointed.

Hopped in for a snack. Front of the house managed by one, with assistance to the back in! It all works! The steak and cheese was awesome along with the mayo chili base side! Onion rings must've been soaked in a buttermilk base to remove the skins for extra crispiness! What can I say, without bringing too much attention to the cook! You rock man ... literally!

Stopped in early on a Monday evening to try the fried deviled eggs and the Smashburger that I had been hearing about. Both were delicious! Emily provided excellent service, and I was glad I came in. I’ll be back, and I recommend that you try it out if you haven’t yet!

Smashburger is phenomenal. Chicken is great. Super friendly bar staff and owners. Good selection of beers and well stocked liquor shelf. Get some really good music in too. They kinda promote themselves as a dive bar but really a much better place than any dive bar.
