Below are but a very few of the reviews off Door Dash from this particular Subway in Rutherfordton, NC. I’ve lived here for 6 months and keep trying thinking it’s got to get better. It’s bad when the dashers know that they have to check to make sure the drinks and chips are there. This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to/ordered food from. They simply don’t care that their quality of service is viewed as substandard. My experiences: I’ve not received my drink 2 times, the sandwiches have always been almost ALL bread with little exception, I paid $10 for a box of cookies that I didn’t receive, I’ve only received some of the veggies I’ve ordered on my VEGGIE SUB (2-3 different times), I’ve not received cheese on my sub a couple times…All these issues have only been in a 6 month period. I just moved to Rutherfordton in September.Even with mine & all these reviews, nothing changes. It’s obvious it’s management because all sandwich makers make sandwiches the same way. No matter the time of day you order, you get the same quality of service. It’s is a shame. I feel it’s Door Dash too, honestly. With these type of reviews, they should drop this particular store. There’s other places to order good subs here.Each one of these negative reviews is an opportunity not taken. For those of you who have been able to write positive reviews, you’re lucky. Maybe they need to stop working with food delivery companies. However, inside the store, I’ve saw a few recent issues as well.It really feels horrible and so infuriating when you decide to go with a place you’ve always liked…ordering food for yourself &/or your family and getting the wrong thing, a bad order or not all your order. And when you call?….youre told if you ordered through Door Dash, it’s DD you contact. No apology. No concern.Honestly, I can’t believe this store is still in business. Cooperate needs to speak to the owner/management of this store. They truly give Subway a bad name.These reviews can easily be found on Door Dash. I walk in there's three employees The boy takes my order and walks The other young girl asked me what I wanted.I told her I had a coupon For 2 Sandwiches, she makes my sandwiches.The young white girl was super.She finished then I went to pay the other girl.She tells me they and they don't Take coupons.I told her I had enough money for the coupon price.She gotta Attitude, the young white girl said I'll cover.I left her AI paid for my food.Little disappointed the way subway was run

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS OR ONLINE INCENTIVES IN THE APP. I ORDERED IN THE APP AT ABOUT 7 PM TO BE READY AT 7:30. ONE SUB WITH DOUBLE MEAT AND ONE REGULAR. MY WIFE WENT BY ABOUT 7:40 AND THE SUBS WERE NOT READY. MY WIFE HAD TO WAIT IN LINE AND WAS TREATED WITH HORRIBLE DISRESPECT BY THE MANAGER. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGE WAS NOT THERE- TO CALL THE FOREST CITY LOCATION THAT WAS CLOSED. ABOUT 8 PM MY WIFE GOT OUR SUBS. NOTHING TO ORDER AND WITHOUT DOUBLE MEAT. WHAT A JOKE FOR A RESTAURANT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY AT A SUBWAY. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. I INTENDED TO CONTACT THE DISTRICT MANGER FOR RESOLUTION BUT JUST HAVE NOT HAD THE TIME. I WILL TRY AND ADD TO MY REVIEW BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AT A HIGHER LEVEL. BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL AVOID THIS SUBWAY AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME. DRIVE A FEW MINUTES DOWN THE BY-PASS TO WALMART AND ORDER AT THE SUBWAY IN THE WALMART STRIP.

Do yourself a favor and go to the one by Walmart. Worst Subway experience I've ever had in 40 years of eating there.My car is in the shop so I decided to order delivery through the app- I picked the closer of the two Subways thinking it's Friday night, I'll make it easy on the delivery driver. WORST. Decision. EVER.My order arrived incomplete and when I called the store the rude employee on the phone told me it wasn't their fault since DoorDash delivered it and I would have to call DoorDash... when I told her I couldn't do that since I ordered through the Subway app and DD literally has no record of my order and my money went straight to Subway, she told me it wasn't their problem and there wasn't anything they would do.***Taking money for something and not delivering said something is THEFT.***I've worked in the service industry, my husband has worked in the service industry, and my kid has worked in the service industry... I'm usually very understanding and forgiving of mistakes when the restaurant tries to fix it or make it right. There is zero excuse to NOT try and make it right. Being told "That's not my problem and there's nothing I will do about it" when it absolutely IS the restaurant's problem is 100% the WRONG way to treat a customer and for sure the wrong way to stay in business.As the cherry on top, the sandwiches we DID get weren't even that good. Definitely not as good as the ones we usually get at the location by Walmart. I would have had a better experience waiting a little longer for delivery from that location.

The employees were rude as hell... I will not go back until new employees are hired. Rude, not friendly, and acted like they were doing us a favor when we asked for extra mayo and onions on our subs.... very disappointing. Fix this please.
