Never have a problem here except yesterday. I wanted to try the new Philly burger . I allergic to onions. I wanted one just cheese and mayo. The lady told me they were pre made. I had to pick the stuff off. What I think.... They made a bunch and had em under the heat lamp. Didn't want to make one without onions. Went to subway. Blah.

So we always drove by this Hardee’s & the one time we stop, we had gone through the drive thru during open hours & once we pulled up the employees proceeded to ignore us & pretend they weren’t there until we were about to leave that’s when they decided to acknowledge us. But by then it was to late, we had already made to leave the drive thru by the time we heard them ask for our order. It gives it a bad name for employees to be acting this way with customers. Like cmon, to ignore us when the lights & the establishment is open is annoying since we drove there to spend our money to get food just makes me happy that they ignored us. If they act like this when not wanting to take our order, I can only imagine what they would do to the food.

Jumped off 95 to grab a bite.. familiar Hardees... my wife loves the burgers. They've kept it simple and no crazy changes, for years. Keep up the good service and food with fair pricing .
Used the app to order breakfast for me and my son… got to the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes with no word from anyone. I noticed a line build up behind me, so I pulled to the window where no one was there working. There were two employees in the lobby when I pulled in but not once did I ever see or hear from anyone at the drive thru. Cancelled my order on the app because I couldn’t get anyone to help me, and never received a refund back.So, took my money with no food or service whatsoever.This is the second time I’ve had issues ordering on the app, the last time the employees had no idea I had even placed an order and I had to wait to have it brought out.I love the breakfast at Hardee’s but the employees are incredibly rude and this was just the last straw. Won’t be back anytime soon
