I am a massive supporter of the Buffalo Wild Wings; when I travel, I love stopping in different locations all over the US. This location had terrible service, dirty bathrooms, uncleared tables, and an unpleasant smell. Myself and three friends waited to be seated, and after 10 minutes, no server ever came by to take our order. All the staff were on the phones and not attending to customers. It was the worst experience in Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had.

Fries are stale. Southwest bean burger was supposed to have guacamole and Southwest sauce it did not..child tenders hatd as a rock and fries also stale.. I won't waste my time coming

My food is usually good from here when I order take out however today it was tasteless and the French fries and chips were stale. I was completely disappointed and felt like I wasted $50.

Took almost an hour to get our food, it came out in small batches and by the time the last of our group got their food the rest of us were done. The waitress never came back after dropping food off, we all sat with empty glasses. Several of our items were wrong but it already too so long to get it, we just let it go. Spent over 150 for 4 for dinner and my sons kids meal was the last to get served. He even fell asleep waiting.Overall not a good experience and we won't be back.

If you like bacon, you might not want to get a bacon cheeseburger and I had to send it bacon bc they severing it pretty uncooked. But they did take it off my ticket.

We occasionally come to Buffalo Wild Wings since we live in a nearby town and the food is usually good but the service wasn’t always something to brag about. Today, February 2, 2024 though was different. We were served by Kristen, she was spectacular from the moment she introduced herself until we left the table. She was very sweet, friendly and attentive. She regularly checked on us and made sure our orders where correct. Our food was also great so whoever was cooking today (8-9 pm) deserves a shoutout!! The floor was a bit dirty due to other people leaving crumbs behind, but that’s expected when they are busy. We do have to understand that we still have to expect shortages in various public places. The tables were clean and so were the restrooms. The drinks here are always good too! Overall it was a great experience.
Waitresses never came back to our table, took forever to get our food and the portions were tiny. After we finished eating it took an hour to get our checks. It took us 2 and a half hours to eat here.
If you order doordash prepare to bend over they messed up everything and it seemed like it was on purpose.

Just ordered food from here through door dash, granted good took over 30 minutes longer than it said - which I’m not faulting the store. But we spent $60 for wings they were cold (again got delivered, so not expecting to be hot but cold) - they got delivered and we had no celery/carots/blue cheese/ranch which we ordered with the combo. So little frustrated I called and and asked if there’s anything they can do and just said if I drive to the store they can get me sauce but there’s nothing else they can do and their sorry. I was just looking even for a 10$ credit towards coming there and eating next time vs waiting. This location is just extremely slower and not nearly staffed enough from previous visits here. Recommend either not ordering or going to the concord location.

Doesn’t look like staff cares about customer service. Our waitress checked in with us once with in a 45min period. Then have these 3 sitting here doing absolutely nothing and they look like there supposed to be having a meeting , but giggles and laughter while it’s obvious your staff is struggling is not okay. This location needs to do better.
