Manager Kei (heavy set man) and his staff need to be investigated. There's been NUMEROUS times I try to dine in DURING business hours I'm talking about 4pm IN BROAD DAYLIGHT and doors are Locked there's NO signs advising why dining space is closed, you can clearly see the staff (full staff) in there hanging out. They only want people to go to drive thru and NOT dine in.

I'm certain it isn't the fault of the employees but rather management, but we had to wait like 45 minutes for a mobile order placed ahead of time. It was like three people moving as fast as possible back there so something tells me the problem isn't them.

One of the slowest places in all of Salisbury! From the time I placed my order at the drive thru (after waiting ten minutes to be able to order), I waited in line for 20 minutes before I got my order! The dining room was closed at 8:30 on a Friday night so I was forced to go through the drive thru! Never again! I don't believe "fast food" exists at a Burger King in Salisbury

I had the new candy bacon whopper and a shake and might I say that I was impressed!!! It was surprisingly delightful and the service wasn't painfully slow. Thumbs up BK, you've stolen my heart again with your flame broiled antics!!!! To anyone with a growl in your belly and a 20 to burn, treat yourself to some goodness and be sure to comment and fill me in on your experience!!! Carry On, New Adventures Await You With A Smile!!!

This location is the cleanest I’ve ever been to. The staff is very nice and polite. They look so clean and representable. The manager is so amazing, she helps everyone out and goes above and beyond.

A little after 9 pm, I got Whoppers and the new wraps. The whoppers were fantastic, my husband was pleased with them. The tortillas on my wraps weren't fresh, a little stiff and chewy. They still tasted good, but the texture threw it off.
