There is a play area but it's very dirty and only good for 3+ year olds. The food is not like other locations, the chicken nuggets taste like any other fast food place. The restrooms were also dirty for a Chick-fil-A. They don't offer table service you have to pick your order up at the counter. They don't offer outlets either for those traveling and needing to charge a phone or just someone who likes to work from their laptop. It's a subpar restaurant for the Chick-fil-A brand but I am grateful there's a play area for preschool/younger elementary school aged children to get their energy out.Parking: It feels like there are a decent amount of parking but there aren't many spots for the amount of people inside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There is a play area however it doesn't have a 2 and under area like other locations I've been to. It's just a very large jungle gym with a tall twist slide. The kids I was with said it goes all the way to the ceiling. And there is a decent amount of leaves and small pieces in the play area. It doesn't seem very clean.

Stopped this morning, April 20th, on the family road trip. This was an odd location. We ordered breakfast, and the #1 Chicken Biscuit was the smallest I’ve ever seen, lol. The chicken was filled with gristle - I’ve never experienced that at a Chick-Fil-A.The medium drink cup was somehow punctuated, so it leaked all over me upon receiving it. I did get that replaced with ease. My clothes; however, were stained - smh.The young lady at the window seemed nice enough. Perhaps they were having a rough Saturday morning?!

I am not sure if there are changes made at a corporate level or if it is just this location that has changed. Upon arrival a staff member was intensively blocking traffic for an undefined reason, causing traffic to back up well into the main road and bot allowing people access to the parking spaces. In the restaurant they do not bring the food out like they used to. I would like to say it was because they were busy; however there were 4 cashiers and 3 were idle most of the time....I know because I had to stand there and wait until my name was called like it was Wendy's or something. If this experience wasn't bad enough they said this location does not do trays so everything was bagged up to go. I hope it is just this location that sucks bur if it is corporate wide, my patronage will definitely decline

One of the worst Chick-fil-A‘s I’ve ever been in. Employees never greeted you. I didn’t even Get a greeting when I when I got to the counter. Person never asked can I help you so I gave my order anyway. Bread was stale chicken sandwiches cold. Not up to the usual Chick-fil-A standard. This was a Monday morning at 11 o’clock. Unacceptable.
