I ordered a barbecue bowl and the rice is rawer than anything, super hard and you can't even eat it, I also ordered a burrito and it's maybe half of what I've eaten at other Chipotles, super bad service and when they were asked for a portion extra, knowing that you pay an extra cost, they refused to do it, bad service and honestly the food, horrible.

I will never go to this Chipotle again. Four times in a row I didn’t get what I ordered. It’s like they ignore your instructions with a “They’ll get what I make them” attitude. It isn’t all Chipotle restaurants….its only this location.

Me and my wife are long time lovers of Chipotle but this location has some real quality issues.Often we get lakes our sour cream or queso or horrible proportion balancing putting a ton of rice but very little beans, etc.I have never had so many issues with Chipotle than I have at this location. I'd avoid it and go to Kannapolis or Concord

Today was my first day trying chipotle after everyone told me it’s good. I ordered a burrito online and when I got it home it was completely wrong. I asked for steak and chicken and there NONE on it. Basically everything I didn’t ask for was on the burrito ended up just trashing it. When I walked in all the employees were just standing there talking the dining area was disgusting.

Restaurant was so messy, they were out of everything, restaurant dining area had trash everywhere. There were no forks, food all over countertops, out of ice, tables were dirty. Line where they make the food was a sloppy mess.
Came to dine in while on a trip to another state. They made the bowl absolutely delicious and were very nice. About an hour and a half after driving off, I realized that I could not find my purse anywhere. Called Chipotle customer service, and they contacted that manager of this store. They confirmed that they had my purse. After about 3 hours of leaving, they kept it safe. When I came into the store, the bag was returned to me. No cash was missing, and they tried to check my Id to see if they could actually reach me somehow. I was very happy that they were so honest and cared enough to pick up and keep my purse while I was gone.

Pick-up of mobile orders always ends up being half an hour past the pickup time. For the most part, staff will completely ignore you as you try to get their attention about your order, almost as if they have forgotten it. I always have to make several comments for my food to even be made about my order being so late.

Got here at 9:00 they were out of guacamole they were out of barbacoa. The serving area where the food trays are was filthy food everywhere. Chairs up already it wasn't even 9:00 when we walked in left at 9:07 acting like they were closing everything was a filthy mess. Gave me the last of the chicken scrape the bottom and the last of the pico de gallo instead of giving me fresh. Bathroom was a pigsty did not even sit on the seat trash all over the dining room have never been to Chipotle that look like this ever will never go back to this location! They need to be reported to the health department. Obviously the manager at this location is doing an epic fail job!
