If I could do 0 stars I would I AM APPAULED. I went into dunkin today the one on Innes street in Salisbury and we were mid order and the manager came up and said we are closing due to being short staffed... Now I may be old school but I seen at least 4 or 5 people in there YOU CANT TELL ME that having those few people and machines that make the drinks for you, you needed to close the door on a SATURDAY AT 9 AM. In the middle of our order that YOUR staff qas helping us with . ....This is unacceptable and I did let Corporate and the franchise manager be fully aware of this.

This Dunkin Donuts is in my hometown of Salisbury, NC! The workers are fast and polite! They make your drinks fast and I love the sandwiches and the donuts are good too!!

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been to this dunkin multiple times and have had a negative experience. However this time was by far worse, when asking about a drink I got a smart response back in a negative manner. I’m not sure who dunkin is hiring but they need to rehire.

Angela and Akasha, I had to ask for their names because they went above and beyond, super accommodating, and really helped me get the drink I wanted. I didn’t know the name and they nailed it. Even with my vague and back and forth questions they kept a smile and where very polite. They made my morning to say the least. Come visit! Coffee is great

Waited for about 15 minutes at the counter with my three old daughter and received no help. There was no line, and the drive thru was not busy either. Maybe one car. There were four employees; older gentleman, older woman, and two young little high school girls. I had asked one the little high school girls for some assistance. She ignored us and away. I waited a few more minutes.....nothing.So we left and went through the drive thru because my Three Year Old Daughter was upset.At least those two little girls can handle the drive thru.
this place sucks. the manager is so rude, especially to the staff. belittled the workers in front of customers. i wouldn't be surprised if the workers quit because of that behavior. the food is nasty and the coffee is terrible. the atmosphere was so tense and not welcoming at all. don't waste your time here. they don't know how to treat employees or their own customers.
