Jimmy John's gets a 5. If I based it off the parking lot it would be a 2. When you have a vape shop next door you get the winners of the neighborhood stinking up the parking lot. No fault of Jimmy John's. Sandwiches and chips are always so good.

The staff was great. Very friendly. The food was good. The sandwich was fresh and so were the ingredients. I do wish they had the option to warm them.And the place was clean. My only small complaint would be that it smelled of ammonia upon entering.
My order was perfect and Brandon that delivered my order was very prompt and friendly!

TWICE we have tried to order from here, and BOTH TIMES OUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED. By 8 pm they will be out of bread and god forbid you ask them to simply do a wrap instead, they act like it's absolutely impossible and you're stupid for even asking. Just overall horrible customer service, they didn't have a problem taking our money with absolutely no idea if or when we would get a refund. Please don't waste your time and just avoid the pretty much guaranteed headache you will get from ordering from this store.

Pro’s: Attendant working the window was courteous enough.Cons: She may have been working the window, receiving money and fulfilling orders. It took a while. She did return with gloves, when she handed me my order. I was skeptical that she may have used gloves but didn’t wash her hands. Can’t say for sure. Next time I’ll go in. Sanitation score is a 96.0. I literally wanted to pull off. Bread was a tad bit over cooked. I’ll stick to my usual JJ’s.

Tried to eat at this location 7/8/23 .I arrived at 8:45 and the doors were locked, although all signage said they were open until 9. Employees would not let us in because they had started cleaning and didn’t want to work more.

I ordered and waited 15 minutes at my house before going since the app never updates that your sandwich is ready. I did get the confirmation that my order was received by the store. When I got there I was told that they didn’t have an order and after two people said that, both asked if I ordered at Jersey Mikes. I think I know where I ordered — again… I GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM JIMMY JOHNS and showed it to both of you! Neither of them asked for a confirmation number since it just was not there, but one offered to make my sandwich. Note: they took my money in the app. Lo and behold my order must have mysteriously appeared because they then popped up with a sandwich with my name on it.Don’t think you’ll get a resolution from them. I posted on FB so my friends would see the ridiculousness of it and JJ sent me an email to say “We told our employees to stop saying that”. That’s ok, Jersey Mike’s my order now since you basically told me to go there.
