The cashier was very welcoming and extremely friendly. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at a KFC let alone at any fast food restaurant. Xavier is definitely what all employees should strive to be, he sure brightened my day and the way he interacted with other customers was very warm and welcoming. The food was exceptional and the chicken sandwich I ordered was fried well and crispy.

This is the worst KFC in the world. I wish I could give negative stars. Soggy fries with barbecue sauce at the bottom. Terrible place, horrible workers. Dirty and disorganized. Don’t EVER go here…. If you want decent food. Total waste of money and time!

I can't remember the last time I had KFC this good. Best KFC chicken I've had in at least 15 years. The original recipe chicken was juicy but not greasy. I wish I'd taken pictures as the chicken looked great. My only regret is that this location is over an hour away from home, so I can't frequent it often. I had minimal interaction with staff as I ordered through kiosk, but between handing us our food and other observed interactions, the staff was very friendly and attentive. .

When it comes to not being able to support my children you just made it personal. Look at Cameras every shift I worked and you will see what I am capable of. I really didn't know the credit cards were stolen, but if you don't contact me ASAP you will be experiencing more power outages and glitches in the systems. We own the cops and military so don't bother reporting it. Until you contact me it's personal........

Friends and I ordered doordash for pick up, the app said it was able to order and website says closed at 10pm. Friends husband and my husband drove there to get it. They stated the staffed was “pissed” because they were about to close at 8pm and acted like we did something wrong. Update your website and don’t get mad at people for being confused. Thanks, wasn’t appreciated.

Ok, ok so ordered #3, but got 4 breasts, knowing would be an up charge. Total ended up being $14+, no worries. Upon returning to begin eating, no straw was given, at all & went thru drive thru. In addition, considering I'd gotten mashed potatoes & gravy, you'd think I'd gotten a minimum of 1 spork. Nope-None at all. Turned all bags inside out looking for one. Come on now guys, they weren't that busy even + that side mashed doesn't come close to a "side". You'd think the price difference between #3 & getting all breast, they'd have at least offered to upsize the mashed potatoes or give option to add a side for 1/2 price, but didn't.Keep all this in mind. Not saying is exclusive to this location, in general. No condiments though big issue.

Food service people were clean and polite. The food was served fresh and hot. Yum!!! Lobby and seating area were clean. The bathroom needs some repairs. Toilet paper dispenser was broken.
My wife and i stopped here today 3/13/24 to have dinner, we had the pleasure of meeting Jayden. She has a great personality. Thanks Jayden.

Chicken hasn't been the same for years. But still good. Mashed potatoes and gravy tastes like plastic. Tea is terrible! Bisquits fair. Slaw good.
