Waited over 90 minutes for a $7 pizza. Never got it and had to get a refund. The manager claimed it was understaffed despite having 4 employees. Absolutely unacceptable that I and quite a few others had to deal with that.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I just went and ordered two pepperoni pizzas and waited for 30 minutes. There were only two people in front of me so they were not busy, however during my 30 minute wait for two simple pizzas the line grew to running out the door. There is no sense of urgency at all and their staff is subpar to say the least. When I got my pizzas home they weren’t even fully cut and the dough still seemed raw in places. This place is a joke. Their motto of “hot and ready” should be changed immediately to “cold and slow”.

Ok I would like to start off by saying, their staff is under qualified. Their food tasted raw and undercooked. The service was slow and unorganized. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas it took over 20 minutes to make, they didn’t even have the people before me orders ready. The staff was all over the place and was just overall bad. I don’t recommend this pizza place at all.

Placed an online order at 8:15. ETA of oder completion was 8:57-9:02. At 8:16 it said my order had been received. At 8:39 it said my order was in the oven. It is now 9:39 and apparently my order is STILL IN THE OVEN. Called to ask for an updated ETA and was given no clear answer. Meanwhile, my order could have been filled with the food I see others leaving out of the store with.

Ordered pizza online and waited 45mins after pickup time and still no pizza. Lobby full of people waiting as long as i did. Gave up and left. Couldnt even get the clerks attention long enough to try to get a refund. Food quality is hit and miss. Wont be trying our luck here again anytime soon after the service problems twice now. Would go a long way to get a reply from management that we could get our money back for the pizza we never got tonight.

The weight was going to be over and the cashier did not wash your hands put on gloves she was working with the money then touch the food to get it put in the box it was just disgusting I would never eat

Showed up to pick-up my online order early and waited until pick-up. No big deal I was early. At pick-up time asked for an ETA on my order wasn't given an answer. I ended up waiting twenty minutes after it was supposed to to be ready when I finally gave up and canceled my order. The whole time i was there people Showed up ordered there food and left. The manager was rude and got an attitude when I asked when my food would be ready. I won't ever go back.

I just stopped to get one of the Pepperoni Stuffed Crust deals. First, let me say how wonderful it was to be greeted pleasantly by your employee! In the past there have been some questionable employees, but not this woman! She's very easy to talk to! Secondly, that pepperoni stuffed crust pizza deal that comes with crazy bread and sauce is a great deal! And thirdly, last but not least, that pizza is delicious! Tons of cheese! I'll be back!!! Thank you!

Probably should close the store or somebody jump in and really hire folks that actually know how to work and care about what you used to be a staple around here. CUSTOMER SERVICE.
