The food was great. The prices are reasonable for what you get. I can't comment on the atmosphere of the location because I ordered delivery, but the young lady who brought my order was very nice and courteous. I will be enjoying their food again.

These guys were overworked and understaffed, but didn't skip a beat! They were all in a great mood, and my son and I were visiting from a different area after seeing Dan Nicholas Park ?️ (we were craving pizza) had a not so great experience at a place in town and stopped in here. Best calazone I've ever had, the pie was phenomenal and the price was right! Never been to a Marcos before this, but now, we won't go anywhere else! ?

I wanted an Italiano sub so bad. I ordered one. But as I was eating it, I noticed something different, no Italian sauce! So I called and told them. Granted I'd eating half, I'm at a hotel and work in the am But when I was told " yeah, we're out of the dressing, we're out of a lot of stuff, sorry" I was too stuned to speak. Why not say "we're out of the one thing that makes the sub good". I hate people sometimes.. I Do not recommend this location.

Placed an order last night woke up to an updated charge for a 10.39 tip that I didn’t authorize nor sign for. The delivery was contactless might I add. Called to have it resolved was placed on hold for 10 mins with no resolution call was ended by the restaurant . Called back was told that I had to wait until 4 for the GM to arrive which I could have been told that when I called the first time. Definitely need to train employees on providing better customer service especially when something shady like this happens.

So me and my mom order from here all the time and I’ve never had an issue until tonight. I had 2 coupons, 1 on my app and 1 on my moms app. Usually you can’t combine them together so I placed a to-go order over the phone to come and pick up. I get to the store and a tall girl with long braids asked for the order name. Told her my name and then told her I had 2 coupons but on different apps so she might have to I guess split the order so I could use both. She says that they don’t do coupons in store(something I’ve never heard of ever at any restaurant or store) and I explained there was a barcode to scan and a coupon code. She’s like we don’t have anything to scan the coupon. Basically saying there’s nothing she can do. Didn’t even ask to look at the coupon or anything. So I said to her there’s a number coupon code so there has to be a way to put it in the system. So she huffs and puffs turns around and asks the other lady to basically deal with me. The next lady that came to help was great. She listened to me and was very patient and understanding. She was shorter possibly Hispanic(I didn’t get her name). I showed her both coupons and it took a few minutes but she put both of them in the system and everything came off. She didn’t give me an attitude or anything because at the end of the day, the guy that took my order over the phone told me to bring my coupons in to the store and they’ll put it through. So the attitude from the first girl was very much not needed and I was very respectful and really just confused. So thanks to the second girl for going about it respectfully and professionally. The first girl needs some lessons and tips on customer service because it was definitely subpar tonight.

Marcos used to be our favorite pizza place in Salisbury, we always order from them, usually 3-6 pizza each time. Today is our sons birthday and my husband called this evening, asked if there were any specials, to which they said they had a large one topping for $10.99, and my husband said he would like to order 6. They hung up the phone. He called back to no answer. He called a third time and was placed on hold, to which no one ever came to the line and it hung up again. I wonder if they have caller I.D and just didn’t want to take an order for 6 large pizzas. Either way, the quality of the pizza has been declining the last year, and the customer service is terrible. I called from our house phone and sure enough someone answered quickly and I asked to speak to the manager. Taylor was polite, but blamed the phone lines, and short staff. Being short staffed isn’t a reason to just hang up on customers, they could have just let us know the wait time would be longer. We will take our business elsewhere.

I had been years ago and I was not impressed. I thought I'd give it another shot and WOW!! Fabulous pizza, great price, easy to order online and the staff was great. It may be my new go to for chain store pizza. I would certainly recommend it!!

We placed an order for delivery at 10:59pm. After about 40min we checked to make sure it was still on the way but it said delivered & we never got our pizza. We then called the restaurant to figure out if there was a mistake made, but the phone rang for 10min & nobody answered. I’m sure it’s because they didn’t want to answer the phone 15min before closing, but we couldn’t get our problem solved & a “I’m sorry we close in 5min & aren’t able to make more pizzas” would suffice.. we also left the driver an online tip & planned to tip more in person… very upset…..

Marcos is good don’t get me wrong but this location is disgusting! The General manager is ghetto & very inconsiderate . It’s in Salisbury so you should already know what to expect Dirty people in a dirty town .

I placed a 40$ order for delivery and got a call stating they can't complete my order due to drivers don't carry change with them . I am a paying customer that was going to tip their driver about 20$ all for them to say they are canceling my order after waiting 20 min for my order . unbelievable!!!

Not the worst pizza place to work for but very close. I had been there for over a year. A whole crew quit, I stayed out of loyalty. Then I wasn't scheduled for 3 weeks in a row.They pay was terrible unless you wanted to become a manager. Finally when I went to turn in my uniform and get my last check the manager who I had never seen before was super rude and said I didn't have a check. Travis I don't know what you are thinking man. You need to get some better people.

It's ok pizza. But customer service at this location was on point. It didn't take long for my pizza and it was made fresh. Overall i recommend it.

I was in the store waiting for my fiancé to get his pizza and while we were sitting on the bench I heard the big white man yell at a girl about nickles i belief while she was talking to a customer this is two times I have been here and seen the same person yelling at a women I love Marcos pizza and love their food but you guys gotta choose better store operators no employee should be talked to like that on the up and up the pizza we got was amazing hot and fresh we tried to save some for tomorrow but just couldn't !
