Manager had a disgusting attitude after I asked him a question with the mobile app he continued to yell for no reason customer service is honestly sad the manager should get changed immediately it’s making McDonald’s image look bad they should greet customers with better tone and leave all that negative energy at home I’m disgusted with this place

The person that took my order in drive thru the first time got it wrong. I had the girl at the first window you come to change it to the right thing and it got completely messed up again. I won’t be going back there. I’ll go across town before I come here again.

Do NOT go here for dinner waited 10 min just to order. Its not even funny b.c when I called they said they short handed, but this is 3 nights in 1 week I came and drove off the 1st 2 nights, but every night at 6pm they take 10-20 minutes to order 1 meal... smh!

Everytime I go to McDonald's my order is wrong. It doesn't matter which McDonald's. The lady in the drive-thru had her back to the window playing on her phone. Another employee smoking outside the drive-thru window while picking up trash. Food was left out of our order so we had to go inside. I got home and my McDouble had no ketchup or mustard on it. The fries were so old they were chewy. What gives McDonald's?!?! This has been my favorite fast food my while life, but I'm about over it. Your food costs too much now to be messing up like this!! From now on I'll Google review everything you mess up on.
