Drive Thru us slow some days but can sometimes also get your food right also, If you're in a hurry.. go somewhere else than Salisbury City area or the next city or town. We stopped at Lexington the next time up the interstate and it seems a lot better than Salisbury as far as customer service and choices
I give the food a five because I asked for the 20 piece chicken nuggets I wanted them made to order the young man that took my order in a drive-through said to me what is that t he then replied do you mean cook to order and I told him yes it was the same thing and he said he never heard of it that way he was very nice I just think that McDonald's to understand the terminology of what I ordered and I also asked that the fries be hot as well I got my food through the drive-through and like I said I give the food to five I give the young man a three due to the nature that he was very polite and didn't really understand when it comes to taking an order what I didn't like about what was going on on the outside around the restaurant made me kind of nervous to even come around because they had a police officer outside I've never really seen him McDonald's where a police officer is patrolling they area it makes you think that that McDonald's must have a lot of issues with homeless people and or people in general that may cause some kind of commotionParking: The parking was fine I didn't park but what I noticed it was plenty of space I came through the drive-through

Cashier was rude, never smiled once. We asked how much our order would add up to if we added a medium fry (Mind you she didn't even add the fry) and she said 6/some change then we gave her $7/some change She did not count it right and she did not give us the right amount. When we asked her, "Didn't we give you $7?" She said, "No, you gave me $6." Then instantly walked away with a disgusted look on her face. Never coming back here again. The fries were also barely warm, tasted old, and had absolutely no salt on them.
