I ordered a Grandma salad and it was missing, the romaine, spinach and carrots. This is not the first time my orders have been missing items. I called to complain and asked for a simple discount on my next order. They said I should have called sooner and hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! They are incompetent, do not fulfill your orders correctly and will do absolutely nothing to address any complaints. Do Not Order or Eat at Naples Cafe!!! You will regret it!!! This is coming from a regular customer who is just fed up with this establishment. I guarantee they will short your order, rip you off and not care!!! Not even a small discount for their inability to fulfill your order of the food they advertise and promise you! I really liked it, before going we read the comments. But we live nearby so we thought we'd give it a try and it was really worth it. We were delighted with the waiter. Very attentive and good people. The pizza is very good, not greasy like other pizzas that leave your mouth full of butter. Very very good, the tall ones were big and a good size. ? my new favorite place

We liked the food and the customer service. However, please take out the fish table gaming!! It takes away from the awesome restaurant and it's not good when the owner has to carry a weapon due to the part of the building that has the most traffic in and out. It's awful!

We went to the Polar Express this past weekend and ordered pizza here afterwards. They had a great selection on kids options as well as different pizzas. I accidentally ordered the specialty with pepperoni thinking it was to be specially made however I wanted. The nice lady called me to confirm if I wanted their specialty pizza or if I wanted just the pepperoni. I thought that was nice of her to go the extra mile to be sure of what the customer wanted! The pizza, garlic knots, and kids meals were all delicious and very filling. We will definitely order here again when we come back to Salisbury!

Food quality has gone way down. Got the trio plate.. The sauce was old and had a sour smell. Over half the food was missing from the delivery. We couldn't eat any of it. Called to ask for remake or refund. The owner started being very rude and calling me a liar. He didn't refund or remake any of it. We will never go back here. Unfortunately the food was good at one point. The owner should not be involved with customers.

My wife and I were missing fries from our order and the burger my wife ordered wasn't supposed to have bacon on it, so my wife called up there and politely explained she was missing her fries and that the burger she ordered was made wrong, the lady she talked to told my wife she was lying and that they don't just forget to put fries in the boxes. Then told her she could just take the bacon off her burger. No type of accountability or even an apology just basically blaming my wife. Extremely rude staff and I encourage others to steer clear of this place.

Wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered a pizza on Friday and they called back and said they didn’t have the toppings that I wanted so I decided to cancel the order. They still charged my card for the pizza. When I called to get this taken care of the owner was extremely rude refused to give me my money back threatened to call the police and said he had my address and threatened to come fight me. Never going their again.
Most inconsistent pizza I ever eaten! Ingredients are not fresh..Sauce is out of a can.. Pepperoni's are not old world! Under cooked slices and very bland flavor..Wings are just as bad! I finally found a decent pizza parlor with good wings...It's a shame that establishments can stay in business, Simply because a majority of people that eat at these pizza parlors don't know good pizza! It's just a night off from doing dishing..smdh. If a restaurant has a 3.5 rating..It's probably best to avoid it! My mistake.??

Absolutely the worst service and food I've ever experienced. After getting home our fries are cold and stale, wings are soggy at best, cheese steak was made wrong. So took back and was told it was basically our fault everything was issues we had done. Then after arguing with the owner. I was able to get a very small portion of our money back. But only after I was told he wasn't going to do anything and I said I would gladly call the law. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever eating at this place. The food is nasty and the owner is even nastier. I hope this place gets closed down soon. Unbelievable that this scumbag is even allowed to own a restaurant. I'm sure he will not be open long operating it the way he is now. It's more of a scam than a restaurant. Stay away from this place.

Not gonna order from here for a while lately it's been cold and the only driver can't carry the order to my apartment been craving their food but get better delivery and quality from pizza hut for now hopefully they will get stuff situated soon
