I ordered Classic Double Burger , take out, the bun was soggy wet.The lettuce looked like it was on another burger. I received 12 fries with it , never again, this isn’t the first issue with their food.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. How dare this building even be standing let alone serve food. I was refused service because I didn't have a mask on. I felt like a second class citizen. Am I suppose to get my food from the backdoor? Is that what this place stands for? They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and close their doors as a public service to the city of Salisbury.

Ate the sirloin, baked potato and salad. Delicious. And of course, those delicious rolls -- yummy.Service was great. All of the staff was very friendly.O'Charley's is hard to find now because so many have gone out of business. So glad in our travels my sister and I found this oneWould definitely return.

Food was nastySteak was really misrepresented, full of gristle5.49 for a piece of cherry pie that could have fit in a tablespoon!Waitress had not taken a bath and stunk and tried to cover it up with an equally obnoxious perfumeMy husband said let it go and just pay the 63 00...never again. Not even if it was free would i do this again..but dont take my word for it..go yourself

We were leaving Charlotte and stopped here on our way home across state. We showed up 20 minutes before close. They did not turn us away, and welcomed us. Immediate seating, fresh food, delicious taste and completely awesome. Kudos to the staff. An experience I won't soon forget.
Food not great. Didn't get sides ordered. Service was horrible. Server didn't come back to check or refills. Restaurant was not busy. No, excuse for poor service.

First of all; service was top notch.Food was way off tonight. The artichoke dip was microwaved and still cold in spots. The chips were the stalest I have ever been served anywhere.I had the swisshroom burger and a more bland, average burger probably could not be had.My Mrs had the seafood platter and was not only unimpressed with the mediocrity of it but the slaw was actually hotter than room temperature that raised a red flag.To help the situation we were comped a pecan covered slice of cheesecake and it was very good. Probably the one thing I would have gladly paid for.Used to SO much better from this particular place. Eaten here many times

We went into the Salisbury NC location for a late lunch on July 4th. We waited about 5 minutes before we could find someone to seat us. It appeared that the ONE person on the floor was the hostess, server and bartender. I suppose she did the best she could, given those circumstances. (Lucky for her they weren't very busy at all.)We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer, which took about 45 minutes to get and they were burnt and so disappointing! We flagged our server down and she took them back to the kitchen. She returned to our table saying that the cook said the pickles had to be thawed out and that's why they were so well done?? ?Then she asked if we wanted another appetizer, so we opted for the spinach artichoke dip. The server made the comment that 'you can't mess up that'....wrong! It was a bowl of spinach (not chopped up much at all) with some greasy cheese on it and the tortilla chips were stale. We finally got our entrees after being there well over an hour. I had chicken tenders and fries, and my husband had a bacon cheeseburger. The tenders and fries would probably be good if they were hot, and the cheeseburger resembled something from one of the fast food burger joints....small and flat, and not very tasty.The server had the manager take off the appetizers, but that really didn't make up for the long wait and lousy food.Again, I will say, I think the server did her best, all things considered. She mentioned that they can't keep employees, and that really makes it hard on someone like her that is actually trying to do a good job and earn a living!O'Charley's, you can do better, but I don't think we'll be back to this location.

The service was awful we didn't get any drink refills and there was literally no one else in the restaurant. The food was awful. I ordered a burger and it was overly salted. I ordered Mac and cheese and it was crunchy and had very little cheese. All the manager said was yeah our Mac and cheese is disgusting.
