Routinely don't open on time at 6am. Sip club has continued to increase in price quality of coffee gone down but that's not this locations fault.Service here routinely not good. This morning worst offense. Go to walk in and there is an employee holding the door open for catering and she's smoking a cigarette, right at the door as patrons walk in. Not what you expect from a panera.Salisbury no bueno

I came in during a slower time of the day, and the assistant manager took care of my order. I had a great experience. Thank you!

Eager young man behind the counter welcomed me as soon as I walk thru the door. Tell him I'm here for a rapid pick up and he's quick to help.I don't know what their training program is but this is one place that always offers great customer service! Dine in or drive thru

Location has been understaffed for a while. They don’t have multiple ingredients. The tall black guy who was on shift today was working the drive thru and the front and taking orders to curbside. He was doing his best job and was on top of everything! We overheard a conflict and he said he was going to make it right and he told the customer not to apologize. Very professional employee and he deserves a raise he’s doing an amazing job!

Tried to come here last night for a cuppa coffee and they didn’t have any ready. Came by this morning there were no pastries. Baked in the place is literally empty. No drive-through two people inside. Couldn’t trust that the coffee would be good so I’m going to the next Panera in the next city. Panera is starting to suck.

False advertising for the pick two they made me pay almost $20 for it because they also charge for the other side. They charged me for the whole sandwich and charged me for the side which basically like a separate order.

Came at lunchtime on a Sunday. Waited 5 minutes to be helped with no one in front of us and no one at the counter. Chose a pick two from the menu and the young lady that took the order didn’t ask what sides we wanted, just gave us the French baguette. We also did not receive a buzzer to let us know when our food was ready.Food was good, but my sandwich (Southwest Chicken Melt) was poorly put together and had very little if any aïoli sauce and no cilantro. The soup was hot, but the baguette was cold and hard. There were also empty tables that had not been cleaned/bussed.

New manager is both incompetent and unfriendly. Screams at people getting a drink but then doesn't know how to verify sip club status. Manager speaks loudly about "cleaning up the stores problems" my man....paying customers aren't the problem...your attitude is the problem. Will cancel my sip club subscription now because what's the point of paying for it if I not only can't use it but will be screamed at by Kalee Waytt.

Food is always good. Bathrooms were dirtier than an auto mechanic shop. Not been cleaned for weeks if not longer.

I have been disappointed the last few times going to Panera. The pricing is extremely high. I just did the 1/2 soup and sandwich and it was over $20. There are many other places doing the same deal for about 1/2 that price. They should consider adjusting.

Happened to stop here for a quick snack. Ordered a sandwich and a BAJA BOWL. Ended up hating the bowl as was trying it for the first time. Brought this upto GEORGE and he was very prompt in issuing a full refund. He was very cheerful and corteous. Thank you George.

I was in sticker shock when I got my lunch! It has been a long while since I have eaten at Panera. They really need to have gluten-free bread!
