I didn't know that papa John's sold just a Crust only pizza even though that's not what we ordered but that's what we got ...I could actually see the crust barley and cheese and damn sir no toppings what's up papa John's where's the meat PS. Still hungry.......

Ordered Sunday night 2/4, delivery time was much faster than expected, courteous delivery driver, and pizza was on point. You can tell these employees take a little pride in what they do. Keep up the good work, y’all are awesome!

My food was cold and I was over charged for my order. My order was $28.31. I was charged $38 when I PICKED UP my order . How ? This has really upset me. I have my receipt (paper copy) and on my phone . This has been the worst experience ever ‼️

Ordered takeout, a large cheese and pineapple pizza. Upon opening the box the pizza looked like a day old pizza at best. Didn't not look or taste fresh. It must have been a leftover pizza from a canceled order because it tasted old...not good...I would avoid this Papa johns establishment if possible..

Found my pizza sitting out on the sidewalk by the road. Have no idea how long they had been out there. Manager said it wasn't their fault. Then whose is it. I won't give them my business again.
I'm in a wheelchair and have a hard time picking stuff up off the ground and the Delivery driver did not knock or ring the door bell just walked up to my door put the pizza down and walked away and I have a very lit front porch and door bell camera with a light on the button just why. Most certainly door dashing for now on I was trying to help the drivers a little.

First thanks for the discount code you sent me. I just recently tried Papa John's about a month ago. This is my third time ordering and I will continue to do so. It's funny that pizza hut has apparently found out I'm cheating with a new stuffed crust because I've never had my email full of so many free offers from them. (Like daily offers). Y’all were back on track!!! My order before tonight’s was not what I have come to expect, no extra cheese, delivery time kept changing. But tonight, everything was on point. Fresh, hot and extra cheese!!! Using door dash as a means of delivery is iffy, but tonight was excellent!
