I never eat from this Pizza Hut because it sucks. The workers are sloppy and don't care about how good of a job they do. Came home after working my normal 12 hour shift and decided to order pizza for dinner . I order 2 pizza and an order of wings. I asked one of them be extra crispy. When I get my Pizzas they are half raw and thr chicken hard as a rock. So frustrating how people can be this way. As a person who worked in the restaurant business for 20+ years I would be ashamed to serve the garbage I just received. Don't eat at this place. The food is garbage just like the workers.

This has been a recurring nightmare because it's happened twice in a row now in the span of roughly a week. My food arrived over an hour later than the projected estimation,the specifics of a light sauce on one of the pies was ignored, the cheese pizza barely had any of the aforementioned cheese on it, and of course after such a long wait the food was lukewarm at best.To make matters worse, I did follow up on the customer service side and received an email offering a free large pizza because the order was definitely late. Unfortunately when I try to redeem said coupon, this site rejected it as invalid. So I followed up with Pizza Hut corporate customer service directly, and they said they would reach out to the store owner and management and that they would follow up with me afterwards to ensure a resolution. It's been a week and I've heard absolutely nothing.So in the end, I suppose it's my fault for ordering again, and trying to be positive and assume it was a one-off situation. Evidently it's not, and they apparently just don't care for my business. Well that's okay, message received.

The food was terrible. Ordered pan pizza and was given hand tossed also was charged $10 more than my receipt showed, so they gave themselves a tip. Will not be going back ever and corporate office never contacted me back about my issue or anyone from pizza hut for that matter.

Ordered two toppings large pizza for pickup. Ready on time. Courteous staff. Pizza was not cut all the way through. Picked up a slice and half the other slices came with it. Had to get my own pizza cutter. Crust did not seem fully cooked. Whole pizza just tasted bland. Scimpy on pepperoni. Usually great pizza from here. Not tonight. 1/20/24.
This Pizza Hut SUCKS! I have been a life long Pizza Hut devotee. I used to always drive the extra distance to the one by Outback that closed. Then I started using the one in China Grove. Always got great food. Again, I LOVE Pizza Hut. I really really didn’t want to drive one night and decided to use the one on Jake because I could get it delivered. Let’s just say I too one bite and threw it away. It was (not exaggerating) disgusting. It was barely cooked. Nasty nasty. They should be ashamed to let that leave their store. Do they even look at them during the production process?

As take-out Pizza Huts go, this is a nice one, fairly recently remodeled. The staff are friendly, though very busy when I was there. And the location of this one is very convenient, right where 150/ Mooresville Rd crosses Jake, diagonally opposite the BP.Kid-friendliness: It's just a take-out location, grab your food and go. Personally I wouldn't recommend taking kids in as there is limited space and nothing to do, and no public restrooms.

Ordered delivery online, called to confirm and they said it was on the way. Called back 20 mins later to hear it was accidentally made a pickup order. Cold wings, cold pizza way overpriced. Nothing new for this location, worst pizza hut in the USA.

The website said the store closed at 1am so I scheduled an order for 12:30. When I got to the store, they said my order was cancelled because the store closed at 12am. The website needs to fix this because I wasted my time, thinking I was going to have food. The employees were nice about it though.
