Two years ago I left a great rating for this establishment.Today I literally regret wasting the gas driving down the street to get here.When I pulled up at the kiosk, In the drive through lane, There was nobody in front or behind me, And there was nobody at any of the parking kiosks or any of the tables out front.We were basically the only people there at one o'clock in the afternoon..When I pulled up the young man who answered the headset, I asked him if you still had the wraps. . He said" uh ...wraps?" I said yes, do you still have the small wraps? I don't see them on the main board....He said "uh...I dunno "You work here but you don't know what your products are?I said forget it ...( obviously i'm not getting food here today i said to myself and set my next destination as The Hotdog Shack )So I said, can I please have 2 large cherry limeaids NO ICE .. O.k no ice please... I pull up to the window, which is now covered so that people can't see inside, my guesses is because of the picture that was posted from last week with the girl running her hands through her nasty hair and then touching peoples food.I wait five or six minutes in a completely empty facility for 2 drinks.... The woman opens the window and it looks like she's been in a brawl, She's absolutely filthy, .. she hands me the drinks and as expected, because following simple directions seems to be a problem These days in this industry, they are full to the top with ice... When did ownership and management start accepting sub par service from their employees...knowing it's peeving off thier paying base ?I mean, when was like cleanliness and hygiene and personal appearance , safe food handling, semi decent mannerisms toward customers etc, all the standard things that you would have in the restaurant business thrown away.Because this is seemingly the new norm that customers are having to face everywhere and that ownership during and after covid has accepted as an OK way of doing business.. it's not if you haven't figured that yet.Also for the record, several other people had stated in this thread over the recent weeks that the sodas tasted like absolute trash and I can tell you 100% They are not lying.Not only did they put ice in ,which we specifically asked them not to twice because I have teeth that I had surgery on in the front, that hurt when the soda is too cold, So I skip ice... But the drinks themselves tasted absolutely nasty... they got poured out in a bush and almost 8 bucks with it...we bought bottled cheerwines up the road.In my experience myself with years in the restaurant industry, that normally occurs when the lines for the soda machines themselves are dirty ,and it creates a bacterial contaminant that you can taste in the drinks.. or more often, it's because the ice machines are absolutely filthy inside combined with nasty city water., and you get this foul sewage taste in your drink...So to the ownership I say, Clean your soda machines, Clean your lines and clean your ice machine , maybe put a filter on your water lines and instruct your staff to start listening to the orders that are being placed, actually give the customers what they ask for, and they pay for, Drop the attitudes , And start remembering basic food handling procedures and cleanliness, Both personal and for the job itself.I know after years of coming here, until I start seeing some good reviews that counteract what we've been seeing lately. I will not be back..These are an easy fix... It's stupid to lose the business over this.

My hamburger was cold an overcooked I asked for mustard an they gave me cheese.nope I wasn't happyParking: If you want fast service don't go there an if you get what you order your lucky they have good milkshakes !

If I could leave no stars I would… our order was $40. We got our food and our drinks. The drinks were disgusting, and we were told they wouldn’t be refunded because it was apart of the combo. They changed the drinks and then they tasted worse. Never will be coming back to this one!

Placed order at 4:56 and it told us ready at 5:02. we received food at 5:32.Horrible service. stop trying to cheat the clock! Your service all around pick up in stall and drive thru was ridiculous!

Took forever to get my order and they never got my order right even after asking and recooking twice. Will not go back. Asked for extra bacon, no bacon at all. Tots were cold and food was mediocre

Me and the wife stoped in get burgers and shacks we order online get there park I look up the girl makeing food I seen her. Touch your hair, face run fingers through her hair than turn start make food right after messing with her hair and y her shift lead not makeing her wear her hat or hair net this is sad and gross u can’t mess with her face and hair and start makeing people’s food I make people’s food for a liveing this not fly if I seen one of mine messing with there hair and face y makeing food

asked to get a chocolate covered strawberry shake turned to a cream slush, the man who took my order said okay and i received a milkshake went back into a stall explained and got hung up on. I worked here I know they can do it because they made me make a fanta flavored cream slush even though they don’t sell that flavor.

This place could be GREAT but they are taking the cheap way out which makes the quality low. I would suggest COOK OUT if you want cheap for late night or Culver's . SONIC Is low quality low service..

Fudge shake tasted like vanilla. 15 minute wait and I'm the only one there. Guys in the kitchen arguing if they dropped my burger order or not. I drove off after I had already paid rather than get sick from this place.
