Nasty and rude. Nothing but a poor attitude from the lady in the window. Don’t give people an attitude just because you don’t know by definition what black coffee means and they as politely for the drink to be fixed. Cheer up and learn at least the bare minimum.

Before I drove here I looked up what time they closed and on google is says 9:30, got there @9:05 and waited at the drive thru for about 3 mins or so and no one was to be heard. Drove to the window and a white girl and black girl were just looking at me in my car and looking at each other and just laughing, looked like they were already cleaning.. Very inconvenient and annoying.

Ordered a bagel and typically cream cheese comes with it. When I saw that it wasn’t in the bag I kindly asked for some cream cheese and a young lady came to the counter and told me I have to charge you for the cream cheese it’s $1.35. I told her I’ve never paid for cream cheese with my bagel. It typically comes with it when ask for she told me it does it, and that they’ve always charged which is untrue so I can leave her I no longer wanted the bagel and I wanted my money back. I’m already paying over $8 for a drink and now you want to charge me an additional for some cream cheese to go with my bagel. Sorry I won’t be returning

Good and newer location. Use the rewards app on your phone to earn free ☕ coffees and get deals. I recommend their seasonal lattes and the new flat white which is the best drink they have here. Good sandwiches and pastry as well. Their ? chocolate ? croissant is my go to travel snack.They also have a ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking area, seating, and ? restrooms.
Each time we’ve visited this store we’ve noticed how all of the employees seem happy to be there. It’s refreshing to see. The service and quality is spot on.

It’s kind of upsetting to order a coffee the way you like it and have the employee Jon comment “this order is ridiculous “ and have an attitude towards me, it’s just one drink. Usually I don’t get bothered by stuff but maybe the pregnancy makes my emotions sensitive since my hormones are up. But then again this is a coffee shop you are paying $6+ for a coffee that you want it made your way , saying you can’t see or read my order is nonsense because I’m pretty sure you have to read the screen when you input an order. The service was quick I would say but the customer service was wack. You’re not just selling a product you are also selling an experience. I might as well make my own coffee at my house if the service is like this.
