My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years now since we found the place. Hands down our favorite Mexican cuisine in the area; the birria and street tacos are incredible and they have the best horchata. Service is always great, and food never takes long.

WOW the Fresh Salsa and Chips were Amazing!! I ordered the lunch special and the flour tortilla’s and Chicken and Veggies had the Best Flavor❤️ We’ll be back again our next visit.
They've got the best menudo in town! I've only ordered pick up and while waiting for my food I could see them bringing out customers food and it all looked so delicious! I'll have to come dine in sometime soon and try something else out it all looks yummy the place is very cute and clean and great customer service.

My family was welcomed upon arrival. Great service, delicious food, freshly made tortillas, friendly customer service. We came to visit from Los Angeles for Thanksgiving, and by far this was the best restaurant that served authentic mexican food. The food here is authentic Mexican food, and it’s delicious, the people are very friendly and it’s a good atmosphere. We moved from Chicago 8 years ago and Mexican food was the only thing we missed until we found this restaurant. I highly recommend it.
Visited on Saturday Nov. 11. First time here. Great Mexican food. Very authentic compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area and from our travels. Our server explained the menu and answered all our questions. He was very attentive. Reasonable prices. Will definitely return.

We just visited Taqueria Guanajuato Restaurant for the first time. My wife got the Birria Burrito and I got the Quesabirria Tacos. I think this is hands-down the best in Salisbury, NC. This restaurant will definitely be in our local rotation. Loved it!!!
