Every time I have ever gotten a cake here it has looked terrible. It taste fine but it looks like they just threw it together last minute

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My fiancé order me a surprise birthday cake. It was the 8in round with ruffles on the side. It looks terrible on the sides. Looks like someone just pipped icing onto the sides and on the cardboard. Im so upset you dont do this to anyone!
