Went for lunch. Dinning room hours posted plain as day on the door. Doors locked. Refused to open. Was told to go through drive thru. I wanted to sit inside and eat. Did not purchase anything. Left. Awful.

Understaffed, the manager running the drive thru, an untrained cashier running the register, took 35 minutes to get my sandwich, errors on other people's orders, another 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot as the drive thru was all the way around the building. The young man running the register was very nice even though he had no idea what he was doing. I felt sorry for him

Yeah it was ok, went to get a few frosty's and they replaced the vanilla for the limited time Orange flavor but I've been I think 4 times this past month and I have nothing to complain about..Ohh there is this one thing last time I went in there was this guy I don't know if he was homeless or not but he was passed out in a chair that was right by the door when you walk in. I figured it kinda odd but other than that all was cool..

Suuuuuuuper slooooooow. Literally waited 20 minutes for lunch food on Sunday. Staff was friendly and I guess they did their best but there were only 3 employees working with drive thru wrapped around the building. Most of the lights were off in the lobby even though they were open.

On a long trip this was not the place to stop if you are looking for something quick. There was 4 people working so I don't know if they were understaffed but we waited in line forever then waiting another 20 minutes for our food to be ready

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. I love the four for five deal which comes with a bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets,and a drink. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade. I just downloaded the Wendy's app and they have great deals daily on there.

On February 2nd I went to this location & ordered about $50 in food for my family. After leaving the drive-thru, I discovered that there was a burger missing from the order & went inside in less than a minute. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I was then verbally assaulted at the counter by the manager on duty and accused of lying about the missing item.Keep in mind this burger is a fraction of the total and literally everything else was there and made correctly. So in front of roughly 10 customers and a full kitchen staff, she harangued me for several minutes despite the full order being there with me alongside the receipt. Finally a team member slid the missing item across the counter in my general direction in what, I can only assume, was shame to get his superior to break off her attack. As I left, the manager loudly yelled that the next time anyone came in reporting a wrong or incorrect item, she wasn't going to fix it. A ludicrous statement for a business based on consumers.Needless to say that I had to contact Wendy's corporate customer service and they informed me that "appropriate action" had been taken. I would NEVER suggest this location to anyone, which is a shame because my family loved the quality of the food prior.
