The food is decent, but there are better places. Years ago when they first started, they had fresh chocolate chip cookies that they toasted in the oven to be fresh every time. Those were quality times, the food was much better. As the years went on their food started to lower and quality, and they stopped making the toasted cookies, and started packaging them, filling them with preservatives to Stand a shelf life. This was a decline of not only their freshness, but their quality. If you want quality food, go to Jersey Mike’s instead.

First off wanna say I needed to reschedule a interview and couldnt because the employee/gm is the main one running the store and hung up on me not only once but twice when asked a simple question, not only is the food bad it’s sloppy made and drinks give you bad stomach problems I do not recommend the attitudes in there is outrageous and people can’t even sit down to eat because it’s occupied by the employers kids.
Decent food, yeah, but waaaaay too pricey. It's just sub sandwiches, guys. Plus their 'chocolate' milkshake is vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup, which you can make 20 of at home for 8 bucks. Check them out, but make sure you know what it's going to cost before you place your order.

I would like to say I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this location. The manager Jessica was so helpful and the way she interacted with my family and myself was such a breath of fresh air. The which’s were delicious. Overall this has been the best experience I have had at this location. New management, new staff was the right choice because it almost feels like a whole new establishment. For anyone who has had a bad experience you should give them another shot. I can guarantee you it will be worth it!

Worst customer service experience. Walk-in there are people there waiting on their orders to be made so we filled out the sandwich bag paper order wait a few minutes and the worker decides to tell us she’s not taking anymore orders and she’s closing. Why would you not address us when we walked in so we didn’t waste our time and there was absolutely no need to use the tone and be so short. Never again

Absolutely horrible!! Paid freaking $20.33 for a sandwich with chips and a drink that I could have made at home. I felt sorry for the girl behind the counter because she was the only one working or I would’ve ask for my money back and walked out before I got my sandwich. Never again for me!!

Terrible experience. Do not come here. Literally just go to Subway or Jimmy Johns or ANY other sub place. Overpriced, terrible customer service, waiting 30+ minutes for two sandwiches with no wait upon ordering. Lady tried to give us only one thing of fries after we ordered two and had to make another after asking if we had ordered two making us wait longer. She’s not real. Food sucked. The worst place I’ve probably ever been to and will not be coming back.

Friendly staff, but restaurant etiquette and cleanliness needed a lot of work. Very disappointed at my sandwich

I think I got ripped off today! The website said 6" subs are 6.00. I ordered 2 6" subs without any extras and the bill came to $ 22.00!! What gives?

$13 for the smallest sandwich size. The soda machine had no syrup for the only diet soda. Customer service is a really bad experience. The operator didn't greet or really speak to us when ordering. The food is okay but for the price it is not worth it. We had the czbgrwich. Out of fries and shakes when we visited. Do not recommend.
