We have never had an issue with food really or the service but if you ask for a sauce outside of Zaxbys, you will most likely still get zaxbys sauce and utensils, you may or may not get them in your Togo bag.

My daughter and I often have lunch here. Isn't a meal yet off the menu that has been bad. The drive thru never stops while we're there.

I ordered the Fried Shrimp Meal. Loved it. ? I didn't have to wait too long. Usually, seafood takes an extra 10 mins to cook, but I feel like the whole wait was only 10. I liked the Zaxtail Sauce, too.

2 of the 3 items ordered were not prepared properly. The loaded fried did not have a key ingredient, bacon!!! The wings and things came with ALL flats. I didn’t ask for all flats. When I asked about that they said they were running low on drums. Nothing memorable other than the fouled up preparation of the food. And $35 for 3 people at a fast food joint? Definitely not worth it even if everything was prepared to our satisfaction. I could have eaten many other places for that money! It ain’t that good Zaxby’s! And get some help that clearly cares about quality food and service. What a waste of money! Honestly, it will be a long time before (and if) I return.

Customer service was very good. The restaurant was clean with nice restrooms. The dinning area was also nice and the tables all appeared to clean.Parking: Easy to access parking only a few minutes off the highway.Kid-friendliness: Has kids meals and my kids have loved Zaxbys for years.Wheelchair accessibility: Does have handicapped parking and is wheelchair accessible.
Workers are standing around eating and laughing while serving customers. One worker looked over at me and once she saw that I saw her eating with her bare hands and went right back to working without washing her hands.
