Hair in my food. Called multiple times and they never answer the phone. Requested refund through Doordash.

Came to visit a friend and was starving. Looked up what was near by and Coach's was only 0.5 mi away. Went there and ordered boom boom shrimp. Added two sides, mashed potatoes and baked beans. Everything was delicious especially the sweet tea. I tried the grilled shrimp and fried shrimp, grilled was tastier to me. Will definitely come back when im in town.

Are waitress was awesome. Took forever to get our food. Price was ridiculous $52 for 2 sandwiches and a salad . Won't be going back.

Came here for a car show. The staff seemed a little unhappy about the car show because everyone wanted their food "to go" but I sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Great beer selection.

The service is always amazing. But the last few times we've eaten there, the food has been off.. it's sad because it's really a cool place to hang out.

Kayhailey was a very friendly server. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, made sure we received everything we needed, and was very respectful. Thank you for your professionalism.

*** edit*** per request from business comment, I sent a detailed email with absolutely no response. Customer service begins at the top, and if one customers bad experience is ignored it will have a trickle down effect. They have proven they do not as a company care about the guest experience. This was our first time visiting, not only this restaurant but this chain. We will not return. Server, VON was phenomenal. Trying to accommodate us. However it took 40 minutes to get our drinks with the excuse of only one bar tender. After over an hour wait the option was presented to us to pay for the drinks and leave. Because they still had zero clue on an eta of our food. Most disturbing of this experience was the fact that the restaurant was not even close to being a full house, they were not busy inside. There was a car show going on outside. The lack of professionalism from the manager was astounding. Both ladies working the floor showed an amount of compassion for our inconvenience unparalleled by any other. Definitely needs a closer look into bar and kitchen staff. $30 for drinks and still had to go elsewhere for an already late dinner

The food was AMAZING 9/10. That is where the good things end! The place was not busy at all. I came in with a group of 8 (10 if you count the 2 babies) and sat right away. I honestly do not remember the waiter’s name, but the receipt says MaKenzie C, so I will go with that. She was HORRIBLE and did not wait at our table with any care. Another lady who is shorter with black hair came along and made the experience a tad better. She was attentive and kind. She deserves all the praise in the world. Not only did "MaKenzie" forget to come back to our table but when I got up to go wash my hands 20 minutes into waiting, I saw her at the bar eating. Yes, everyone deserves a break, but why was that the appropriate time? We finally got our orders in and although mistakes were made, they were rectified immediately. My issue now is my card being charged for a second tip after the initial tip was already paid. A tip which was over what she deserved. Service was almost nonexistent before the other lady came to help. The other two people in my party also had their cards charged additional money. This is dishonest and disgusting to say the least. I have called three times and left multiple messages. NO return call yet. USE CASH IF YOU COME HERE, THEY ARE DOUBLE CHARGING TIPS!

Beware. The people in the last month leaving these 5star reviews are fake , the owner and employees create accounts to leave different highly rated reviews. This company has went downhill and anyone that lives in Sanford will tell you that. The chef is nasty and roams the outside smoking cigarettes back to back. It also seems sometimes as if drugs are sold on the premise. Place needs to be shut down

Better than some, but as a handicapped person if the handicapped stall of the bathroom has a short, small/round toilet I will not go back and advise others who need an ADA toilet not to go. The food is ok+ but I'm not going to dream about eating there. If you're able bodied and love a sports bar & grill this place is for you... but it's not my bag.Parking: Easy to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Walk spaces too narrow, bathroom is not accessible. Go somewhere else!

Such a shame. This restaurant has such potential to be one of the best in Sanford. Ordered a to go dinner. Didn’t get half of what I ordered and paid for. Fries were soggy and over salted. I ordered the Hawaiian chicken. It came as a sandwich which wasn’t how it was portrayed on the menu. I doubt this restaurant will be in business next summer. It needs some standards and quality control. Seems like the staff are there to have a good time and goof off not caring about what they are sending out of the kitchen. Unfortunately it will be the first and last time I have a meal at this restaurant. And please do not apologize management. I see you have done that on every poor review and offered excuses.

No one really goes here to eat, so on a Saturday about two weeks ago we decided to go to this restaurant. No one was in the parking lot but one car and a worker was standing outside of that car laughing and talking. No issues I guess as they didn't have any customers. The lady seated us in the back close to the other exit door and completely forgot us after giving our drinks. The cook kept walking in and out the kitchen, to the outside smoking cigarettes. He muttered to us let me know what y'all order so I can make it extra juicy for y'all. Not really a pleasant thing to say to us after we've seen you smoke countless cigarettes and come in and out the kitchen. The cook then leaves in a raggedy blue car that pulled up after we walked out. We never got our order taken so yes of course we walked out. I am of color myself and will say the place was ran better when Caucasians worked there.

Hailey was very cheerful and very polite serving us. Often meet friends at Coach's for long fellowship and great food. The wings are top shelf as they are cooked to perfection. Always enjoy my time at Coach's.
