Workers are ok but who ever is in charge of this place needs to do better. You never know when you show up if something is going to be broken (no cards) or out of product. Constantly locking the front door(preventing pickup of online orders). Need to wait 20 min in drive thru, instead to pick up a preorder you made 15 minutes ago. Terrible location, wasting people’s time and money. Maybe a competent owner could run this place better.

This place could do so much better if they would turn the music down. you go in for a cuppa coffee and maybe a little snack try to talk to somebody on the phone. The music is so loud it is like a nightclub. And forget about trying to make a phone call and talk to somebody they won’t be able to hear you, it was so bad I actually called the Dunkin corporate line and the lady who answered could not hear me very well. We kept having to repeat ourselves because of the noise when I asked the person who is the shift manager she said I don’t know they just turned it up like that I guess, well I guess people really wanna hear how you’re trying to recruit to be a Dunkin employee really loud early in the morning while you’re trying to have some coffee. this is something new that they’ve started so I used to go there every Wednesday don’t know what happened or who made a decision but in my opinion not a good decision.

Came in Sunday the 17 @6:30 pm after being in the heat all day the gentleman greeted me with a smile took my order(frozen butter pecan coffee) prepared it fast and I must say it’s one of the best I’ve had from DD. Keep up the good work sorry I didn’t get your name sir but thank you.

On a peaceful girls trip with my mother and sister; we decided to stop by and grab a drink!For the simplicity of it, I have simply stated each other my bothers below:1. Inappropriate service while at the drive-thru (did not say anything when we pulled up and remained silent even when it was clear we were there)2. Rudely and opening laughed at my mother when she kindly tried getting the worker's attention via the speaker to order3. Sat for over 5 minutes while at the window for only three drinks4. Acknowledged our presence at the window and two of the workers continued talking to each other5. Gave us the wrong order (ordered two of the same and one different and received one of the same and two of the different)6. Pocketed the change of the orderAt least the drinks are good :)

This is the best dunkin I’ve been to in a while. The staff is amazing and incredibly kind. They always make my drink to perfection! 10/10! The manager, Taylor and the cashier Jordan, are the absolute sweetest!!!

Abysmal customer service from a chain, as is unfortunately expected. At 930 on February 16th, they were completely out of doughnuts. Two of us walked in, the only 2 customers there. There were 3 women behind the counter, cleaning. Not 1 of them acknowledged us. The number one rule in customer service is ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER, and if you're busy, tell them you'll be with them shortly. The second being that if a customer comes in your store, and the phone rings, YOU TAKE THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU FIRST, especially bc they took the time to actually come in, a d not just make a phone call in their bathrobe... but I digress.The 3 women refused to look up, or say anything, not wanting to be interrupted with their busy cleaning. I said loudly: "hello.", and nothing. In a few moments, I said: "hello?" again, STILL nothing. They finally scattered and had another employee from the back come up to the register.Lame. Fail. Kind of gross.This is what it's come to.Customer Diservice.

This Dunkin donuts is the worst. They have HORRIBLE customer service and take FOREVER in the drive thru, even for a mobile order. The manager is horrific and no one there knows it cares to do their job correctly. I reccomended going to Starbucks or a different Dunkin Donuts, this one isn't not worth it. I have called customer service a few times to get full refund. They are that bad. Do not reccomended.

Came one afternoon to get my daily regular of a iced caramel craze I always order this at the Horner location on the daily sometimes multiple times a day this drink is my thing when I tell you the people working here looked at me like I was crazy they tried to give me some kind of iced coffee and I said no I ordered a caramel craze they made another drink tried to give me that and I was like umm no I just wanted a caramel craze and the three people I saw working looked so confused I had to just ask for my money back to which they got an attitude with me but it’s their fault for not making the drink I ordered!! then they got a bad attitude with me, never going here again I’ll continue to go to the Horner location employees should do better to not have an attitude with customers when they are politely asking for a drink, never been more disappointed when going to Dunkin
