I love the food here. But lately they seem to need more help. I preorder online well in advance, provide a tip because I know they deserve it, and my lunch is usually very simple (like a salad with a scoop of chicken salad), but I get there at the scheduled time and I have had to wait at least 10 minutes the last 3 times I've been there. It wouldn't be that bad if I didn't only have 30 minutes for lunch. I would literally go there every week if my lunch was ready, but I just don't have the time to wait. I really hope they can get some more great staff soon.Parking: The only issue here is that Scoops is in the same lot and sometimes people leaving act like the entrance is a one-way exit.
I have been known to schedule appointments in Sanford so that I'm "conveniently" there around lunch time just so I can go to Fresh Choice.

So glad I found this little gem! I just recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good salad spot. The woman at the counter was so friendly and even threw in an extra dressing so I could try it since it was my first time there! Everything was fresh and delicious and I will definitely come back again!

Simply put, you get better than what you pay for. Most of the stuff is home/hand made and worth every bite. If I wasn't on a mission to try every place in Sanford I would eat lunch here every day. Great service, great food, and a comfortable atmosphere.

Great alternative to the usual deep fried grilled burgers and dogs of Sanford. I've had a couple of different wraps and salads and they're always super fresh and delicious. The wraps and salads are generally old favorites with interesting touches like a ham and cheese wrap with specially flavored mayo. The menu changes often so even if you get tired of one thing, there will be something else to try. The staff is always been super nice and attentive. I did have an issue with my order once, but they quickly fixed it. Atmosphere is four stars since it's not super fancy. Just a great place for quick, fresh, and healthy lunch.

I was a first-time customer today and I will definitely be returning. I had the Mediterranean salad and the homemade lemon chicken orzo soup and it was delicious ? Hands down the best salad in Sanford.

The online ordering was super easy. It was nice that the bags had your name on it so you could just walk in and go. Food was great and fresh. Would recommend to anyone working in the Sanford area as a cleaner lunch option. Prices are also very reasonable! Thanks for providing us with a great lunch option.
