To be honest this wasn't the first time. This is my fourth Time! They would gave me the wrong order. And today when I told them they gave me the wrong order they took the bag and went to another car to give them. Which is wrong since it was touch to see if it was mine or not. Luckily it was also the wrong order for the other car. That's something that need to be dealt with. I don't like how this keeps happening

I was greeted by the manager and he was extremely nice. I made my order, and we had a great conversation while I was waiting on my order. It felt like I was at home getting ready for my breakfast. This was a very pleasant visit.

You can't even get in contact with customer service anymore, there's no number just a website and no matter how many times you go to it nobody will get back with you. If you can't get in touch with the customer support do not go to any of them places..

Worst customer service at drive thru window. They sound super rude and don't even tell you the total amount, just say "pull around" in an annoyed tone. They guy asked me to pull to the white line, where I waited over 30 minutes for 7 burgers. I had to park and go inside to ask about my food. They went and told the manager/shift leader (not sure what he was), and he says, "Dante the burgers are there you need to pack them and take out to the customers". Which Dante replies with, "I don't care". So of course, the burgers were all cold. Employees definitely need to do better and treat their customers better as well.

I met an old friend at this Hardee's and he offered to buy us lunch. I had the Frisco combo. It has been over a year since I ate at any Hardee's because since Covid appeared, I just can't afford Hardee's any more. But, I have to say that this Frisco burger was prepared to perfection. It had what I consider to be extra mayonnaise which I really appreciated. It was so good in fact that, when the server was walking by me later, I just had to remark to her how good it was. It actually deserved recognition. My friend and I sat there in the corner booth for over an hour catching up on old times. We were left undisturbed the whole time. It was similar to an upscale grill where they don't pressure you to order, east, and leave. I will have to return to this Hardee's with coupons sometime in the near future. As a side note, I noticed the server tossed several packs of ketchup on to our tray for our French Fries without our even having to ask. Most memorable visit to any Hardee's in a very long time!!

It's ok but I think a little to expensive like i stopped by their for my granddaughter and three tender meal was 11 12 dollars come on and they didn't have enough sauce to give her what she wanted so you know...
