I was delivering a with Uber Eats, the staff notified me of a 15 min wait. I accepted since it was a big order. Had a conversation with the crew while i waited, i realized that KFC gives 2nd chances. I'M ALL FOR IT!The young gentleman at the resgister who was also training the new team member even brought me my order to the tabke i was awaiting at(he went above and beyond) i wish i had asked for his name. Im a very impatient person... i left happy and feeling better. "Its a good day @KFC" now makes sense.Parking: Plenty of space to park, unlike other places.Kid-friendliness: Seems family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I paid $20.00 for some type of box meal.. My nuggets were dried up, and my biscuits were suitable for bricks, I had no napkins, no silverware not sure how much fries I should have gotten, but for 20.00 in this economy I was cheated. I'm probably not going back.. If I do, I will not be purchasing that again. The young men working that night were really nice.

I’m surprised this KFC is still existingWas in there 3/15/2024 and food handlers were not wearing gloves and no one manning the counter. The manager was in the office while a customer was yelling to get someone’s attention. The manager’s office is up front and she never acknowledged the customer. They never have food prepared and a simple menu order was taking in excess of 25mins to serve. This establishment has been here for many years and I have no idea how! Do better KFC.You are embarrassing to the rest of the KFCs that do actually care about their customers!!

They’ve got alot of new faces in there lately which is absolutely APPRECIATED! Thank God! While inside experiences vary depending on who is on the counter, despite small wait times (depending on the time I go), their DRIVE THRU moves really quick and the guys are hella cool. Siri’s the man to talk to if you’ve got any problems. The new management team works guys. Keep it up

The black girl with glasses and braids... She is so rude, to literally everyone. It was to the point that everytime I come in there, customers are always in conversation about it. It's bad when everyone is bonding over how rude a worker is. A customer has issues regarding their order and said that he didn't want to say anything because he didn't want his head bit off. She was asked how her day was and was very cold and rude with her answer to the point the customer felt like they did something wrong. Its just bad customer service. She doesn't deserve to be fired but maybe coached on her customer service skills.

I went to get gizzards. Took a long time (20 )mins waiting for the order. After getting our order gizzards not a pound like last trip. The gizzards we did receive were so tiny with some popcorn chicken mixed in. Such a great experience last time, this time food quality was poor.

16 Minute wait at dinner time for chicken. Even online orders. More people waiting.for food than working in store. Bad. For was good and hot. Can't guess why.Parking: Location sucks because of the way traffic comes up the hill.
