Last time I was there I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull forward. I waited 15 min. Had to call in twice before the was answered. They forgot about me.Today I waited in the drive thru for 20 min. Ordered and all. To be told at the last window that they are only accepting cash. Which was never mentioned during my 20 min wait.Needless to say….my time is just as valuable. And I won’t be spending anymore of my time (or money) here.A note to corporate…know it’s McDonald’s. But raise your standards a little and train your employees on good customer service. There is a reason people gladly pay double at chic fil a.

Waited just over a half hour to get food through this drive-thru. Never been here in the 2 years I have lived in this area. I was amazed that the line of cars was all the way to the entry driveway and the line of cars blocked all of the cars in the curbside pickup area. Not a good design. Maybe I don't go to McDonald's very often but I was kinda surprised at this. Food was as expected.
