Waited 15 minutes in line . 25 minutes waiting to get food . Finally walked in side . I can completely understand now .The employees and management were as if they were 100+ yrs old . Not only myself complaining . Exactly 10 others were also complaining . Worse MCdonalds I ever been thr . That store definitely needs new management . I feel so sorry for the locals that has to deal with them .

I love the ice coffee. Especially the Hazelnut add caramel..
Order the Mc chicken box it came with 4 chicken sandwich and 4 fries. The young lady gave me my food and I asked her was the fries fresh she said Yes. I tasted one of the fries and they was nasty ? I asked her for some fresh fries. She came back 10 sec and gave me fresh fries. What she did was dip the fries in the hot grease. The nuggets tasted nasty and old. I remember when I was a kid Mc Donald’s was good now it’s nasty. Please don’t go at night time to this McDonald’s because you 9:30 they start giving away nasty stuff. If you don’t like your job find another one cause I really see why people be jumping on McDonald workers.
Not a single person wearing gloves in the entire store. The most basic food safety protocol can't be followed here, no telling what they've been touching/how long their nails are and the bacteria that might be in there... owner should be ashamed, despicable

I reminded why I do not come to the McDonald's. This is the worse one in Sanford. I was pulled for 10 mins because sausage needed to be made. An employee came out and brought two different orders for a car that was behind us. They also told me I had to purchase a happy meal in order to get a toy. I have purchased just the toys many times from this location and others. All I was doing was trying to purchase 2 toys so I can surprise my daughter as she has been collecting the Disney toys.
