Our family decided to try this place on the way to Raleigh and I think I can honestly say we were very surprised. The outside was different but my God did the food make up for it. Extremely well seasoned and cooked they know what they are doing.

This is a little gem tucked away in an unassuming facade. Don’t let the exterior fool you. The restaurant is clean and inviting with a small diner feel. The service is great, and the food is the closest you’ll get to authentic Mexican around. We had the hurache and torte with horchata and atole de elotes. We were also served sopa de fideos. Everything was incredibly tasty. If you are looking for authentic Mexican, then look no further!Dietary restrictions: Just let your server know, and they will do their best to accommodate you.Parking: Parking lot in frontKid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, but they do serve alcohol and have a small bar for mixing drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. The restroom is tiny, though.

Mi Bello Mexico is really cute & nice inside especially considering the location on the sketchy side of town. Service was attentive and friendly. I called in an order for takeout. Food was fresh but needed more flavor. Beans were kind of bland. My personal preference is shredded chicken in a burrito, and they used sautéed. Like many Mexican places, sautéed chicken and beef can be overcooked and hard. So it's just not my favorite. That said, I would definitely will try them again. Maybe try the mole next time.
